An excellent hotel in a good location.
Excellent location - safe enough to walk through in the evenings. Very friendly staff on reception. A welcome drink and truffle were a lovely touch! Room was clean & tidy with a large bathroom. Shower over bath. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Large lobby with a small bar. Not overly priced bar prices. Staff & service outstanding! Free filtered water on each floor. Tea/coffee facilities in rooms. Pool table and games room upstairs.

Good hotel, nothing more.
Good hotel but the room was a bit small, no closet, however, a large bathroom with a bathtub.
Pleasant welcome.
However, a lot of noise in the hallways at all hours because of groups of young people in "summer camps" and also a lot of car noise from the avenue located in front of the hotel.
Issue with the A/C but resolved quickly.
For us, it does not deserve a 4-star rating.

Great value and lovely staff
We stayed for five nights in July in a junior suite. The room was an excellent size and well equipped. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a large walk in shower which was great. The staff were also very helpful, especially Denis on the front desk who was extremely kind and welcoming. His recommendations for tours were really good. It was just a shame that there was a large party of students staying that week as they were quite noisy and tended to congregate around reception making it difficult to pass (they didn’t move even when asked!). However, the hotel is great value and includes a good breakfast and nice touches such as complimentary chocolates and hairdressing. One major drawback is that it doesn’t have a cafe or restaurant onsite to eat in the evening and there isn’t much choice nearby. But you can order food to be delivered to your room. The cleaning was slightly questionable - quite a few hairs which were not ours and on our last night we found an apple under the bed which had clearly been there for some time! Nevertheless we had a very enjoyable stay and would be happy to return again.

Amazing stay and great service. Nice and great size of room and shower room. Kid-friendly play room. Great selection at breakfast. Water dispenser every floor. Welcome drinks upon check-in.

This hotel had a high rating and I thought it was going to be ok, but I wasn’t pleased. The bathtub shower combo w shower curtain is not good. The curtain kept flying on me or the water would get out of the tub. Bed was not very comfortable! There were many flies/ mosquitos I killed 3 on the window then one was in the bathroom. The location was ok, as it was right around the corner from the US embassy, but you have to google where you want to go eat or you will be lost just walking outside. The breakfast was not good at all. Not many selections for food. Was disappointed bc I thought the stay would be great and it wasn’t. I changed hotels!
