Small hotel with nice amenities

Good location, close to the metro, nice newish small hotel. Super kind Madeline greeted us upon arrival and made check in a breeze, including a walk through our room. Nice rain shower, coffee maker with pods but my friend, the tea drinker was out of luck. Lots of snacks and a small bottle of wine to boot! My only complaint was a loud party (not in the hotel, but adjacent) but those things cannot be controlled. Oh and no English speaking TV channel. Great stay, would recommend.

This place was spotlessly clean: the cleaners were friendly and very thorough. The free basket of snacks and drinks in the mini bar was a lovely gesture. Powerful hot showers (although it was impossible not to get the bathroom floor wet, as there is no shower door, just a screen). The quad room is in fact 2 connected rooms, a king bed room and a twin bed room, each with own TV and bathroom. It suited us perfectly as a family with 2 teenagers.
We were really pleased with the location: very easy to walk or take bus/metro the short distance to the tourist centre of Athens, but the neighbourhood was more authentic and less frantically thronged with tourists. It has many shops, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Streets lined with fragrant orange trees! The 24hr bakery "The Bread Factory" and souvlaki place "The Girls" were particular favourites.

Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this independent hotel during our trip to Athens. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Acropolis and surrounded by many other historical sites, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, so you’re never far from great food and local atmosphere.
The hotel itself was spotless — exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a super comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the warm September days. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making sure guests have everything they need. The attention to detail really stood out — from small amenities to the overall design, nothing was overlooked.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or assistance. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. A true gem in the heart of Athens!

Very good customer service, excellent location, semi modern rooms, very clean. I would highly recommend it and the price was not too much.
