All staff very friendly and polite.

Our room is very comfortable, large, with many amenities, large balcony and with a wonderful view of the city. All staff very friendly and polite. Ideally located just a few steps from the Metro. The area is very good. The room service did an amazing job. All reception staff are always kind and willing to help you with anything. The common areas are always clean. I highly recommend it. Cheap but not phew

Cheap and efficient but the bedding is not comfortable, the bathroom is aging.
Good to spend a few nights to visit the center because the metro is nearby but not to relax in the room or hang out in the surroundings

Very clean everywhere.

Our room is wonderful, cornery and with a nice view of the city, without many trees in front of our balcony. On the 4th floor with stunning views of the city. Check-in was done in a few seconds. Gentle reception by the staff of the reception. We were very pleased with everything. We will definitely go again.

Director and all staff very polite.

Everything was more than excellent. The director and all staff very friendly and polite. The room just like we wanted it corner and city view. Very comfortable room with several amenities. The hotel is located in a very convenient area and a few meters below the metro. It was very clean everywhere. The reception and cleanliness are doing an amazing job. I highly recommend it.

The location is ideal for visiting the city with extreme ease. The rooms are clean and the staff at the reception is very nice and friendly. In the area there are also many "authentic" restaurants and off the tourist circuits. Recommended.
