The best Airbnb in Piraeus! Great customer service, clean, and great price!
We stayed here before and after our cruise vacation. Price was very reasonable, so we didn’t expect much. You have to go up one set of stairs and you will find a 2 bedroom, two bath apartment including toiletries and towels, coffee, tea, sugar, cooktop, microwave and small refrigerator. That was our first two nights of the trip. Once we enter the apartment, it was beautiful, bright and very well taken care of. Unfortunately I didn’t take pictures. They replied to our queries fast, and made suggestions for places to eat, etc. We asked if it was safe to walk at night, and were assured it is a very safe area. It has very reliable internet as well. When we returned, our apartment was on the first floor (which we would consider the second floor). We arrived too early to check in, and Fortis and Niko welcomed us to leave our luggage on the upstairs patio. Check in is usually at 3pm, and at 1pm they texted us to let us know our apartment was ready and they had moved our luggage into the apartment. I really cannot say enough good things about our this place. Both apartments also had a dinning-room table and a living room. Our second apartment was a studio type, and pictures are posted here. If you cross the street and keep walking 3-4 blocks perpendicular, you will find a pedestrian area with all sort of stores and food. On Thursdays, if you turn left leaving the apartment and right a couple of blocks later you will find the freshest farmer’s market. A gray place to stay!!

A great find
Great options for a pre/post cruise/ferry stay. Great pre-arrival service and info from Fotis. Really clean, spacious and secure apartment with great AC. Yes there are stairs to the elevator and the elevator is small - but this is clear enough in advance and shouldn't be an issue unless you have trouble with stairs. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The home was clean, spacious and looked like the pictures. Our beds were comfortable and considering we only needed a space to sleep, this place worked just fine. We had some issues with getting into the building and unit since the unit number was not specified and the code between the building and apartment codes were flipped and the unit number was not The furniture needs a cleaning and we found a cockroach in one of the bathrooms. Guests need to understand that this is a great unit for the price, but that your location not a tourist location, but more of a business location. Its pretty quiet on a weekend. We were only staying here for one night on a Sunday night and we didn't feel comfortable walking around in the evening, so we had a local/early dinner and stayed in the rest of the night watching the World Cup.

We stayed here for two nights in Athens on our way home after island hopping.
Since there were seven of us, we rented both Apartment C1 and Apartment D. Apartment C1 was more spacious and had a better bathroom layout, making it much easier to use. Apartment D, on the other hand, had a beautiful balcony that quickly became our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the evenings.
The biggest downside was the bathroom in Apartment D. Every time we showered, water covered most of the bathroom floor because of the open shower design. While there are two drains, one is in the shower and the other is by the toilet on the opposite side of the bathroom, so the water ends up spreading across the entire floor.
We also saw roaches during our stay, which was disappointing.
Overall, it served its purpose for a short stay.

This property is a hidden jewel. Not are only the prices excellent, but the apartment is spacious and very clean. Toiletries, coffee, tea, sugar, mini fridge, cooktop and microwave are provided. The apartment is in a very central and safe area. We walked at night without any problems. Just a few blocks towards the bay, there is a pedestrian only area with plenty of Cafes, bakeries and restaurants, as well as retail shopping. Fortis and Niko provided all the information wee requested in a very quick fashion. We arrived at 9:30 am with a 3pm check in. Niko suggested we could leave our luggage in their terrace, which is a very enjoyable place. At 1pm they notified us that our place was ready and that they had moved our luggage into the apartment. VERY, VERY good place. If we come to Athens (Piraeus) again, we will definitely stay here! Wish could give them more stars!
