Enjoyable stay in Boutique Hotel
We just had one night to spend in Athens before a cruise, so chose this small boutique hotel as it was right in the historic centre. It is on a pedestrian only street, and our taxi dropped us off just steps away on the main road. When we were leaving, however, the taxi pulled right up to the hotel, as did other cars. Exhausted from jet lag, we were glad our room was ready early, and they let us check in right away. There is a small elevator, just big enough for the 2 of us and our suitcases. Our classic double room was nice, comfy bed with a firm mattress, and lots of pillows. Unfortunately no view. Good WiFi. Small fridge, coffeemaker, and safe - we had a bit of trouble setting it, but the front desk person came right up to assist us. Nice, modern bathroom, with a lovely big walk-in shower, it was a gorgeous rainfall shower with lots of hot water, and Olivamo bath products. The tile floor is a little slippery and there is no grab bar of any sort. Because of the plumbing, you can’t flush any paper in the toilet, which we weren’t used to. ☹️ Went up to the Roof Top Bar in the evening - it is pretty, although there isn’t really too much of a view. Bartender was very nice, and we stayed to enjoy a fancy coffee. The hotel itself is in a good location, lots of shops and cafes all within walking distance. Down to the breakfast room on the lower level in the morning - it’s spacious, with lots of seating. The young woman in attendance was doing a great job of keeping things refilled, and tidy. A great selection of yogurt and toppings, eggs fried, scrambled, boiled and in omelette, spanakopita, bread, cheese, meat, olives, toast and jams, croissants, donuts, little cakes. Also a fancy automatic coffee machine, and juicer. Front desk staff was helpful, suggesting a nearby restaurant, arranging a taxi to the port. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Pure Hotel by Athens Prime Hotels and would happily stay here again.
From the moment we arrived, check-in was quick and seamless. The front desk staff were welcoming and waiting to assist us, making the entire arrival process easy after a long journey.
The rooms were spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, allowing our family to rest well each night. The location was another highlight. It’s situated on a quiet street, which was perfect for traveling with children, yet it’s still within easy walking distance of the city center and many of Athens’ main attractions.
Breakfast was simple, fresh, and featured delicious local options. The breakfast attendant was incredibly kind and accommodating. We had an early flight on our departure day, and they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us before the official breakfast hours so we wouldn’t have to leave on an empty stomach. That level of hospitality truly made a lasting impression.
We highly recommend Pure Hotel by Athens Prime Hotels to anyone visiting Athens, especially families looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and conveniently located hotel with exceptional service. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

A must visit during your visit in Athens
The bar of this Hotel “ Pure Rootopbar “ managed by Dinitar is the best Rootopbar from Athens. Making the best cocktails is his way of life. Hè makes sure it’s the best you have even had. He evenly uses his own fresh Ingrediënts. This bar is a must to visit while visiting Athens

Terrible reception
We arrived on December 26 from Italy at this hotel, we had booked a superior room for 3 adults through an Italian travel agent. Upon our arrival the two receptionists say that our reservation has been cancelled, which is absolutely not true, when I ask to have documented the cancellation they refuse. It says: Sensitive data that cannot be shown, but the data is mine!!!!! After many discussions also with my Italian travel agent connected by phone, after feeling mocked and mocked we had to walk to the Tredy hotel, part of the same chain. The rooms and services I have not seen or tried, but I tell you that if this is their concept of hospitality they really got it all wrong. If I were in the 2.receptionists of the Pure hotel I would really examine my conscience. Do not answer that you have done everything possible and that it was not your responsibility because it is not true at all.

According to the information displayed in our system at the time of your arrival, the reservation was marked as cancelled by the third-party partner. This matter is not determined or controlled by the hotel, and any clarification regarding the cancellation should be addressed directly with the agency through which the booking was made.
Our front desk team made every effort to clearly explain this process and the limitations involved. Unfortunately, despite their attempts to assist and communicate the situation calmly, there was no willingness for cooperation from your side, which made further resolution at the reception desk extremely difficult.
Nevertheless, our staff still did their best to help by arranging an alternative accommodation at another hotel within the same group, in order to minimize the inconvenience caused.
We regret that this situation led to frustration and assure you that our team acted professionally, respectfully, and fully within the framework of the rules governing our operations.
