Super Comfortable and Spacious Accomodation in a great location. 10/10.
Very spacious, modern and comfortable apartment, in a great location.
We spent four nights here, and found the accomodation very comfortable, especially the fabulous bed.
We stayed in the 'Amsterdam' apartment, which had good views of the excellent hillside and partial view of the waterfront. The balcony is of a reasonable size, and we ate outside most nights enjoying the view. There is also a very useful clothes drying frame on the balcony.
The apartment benefits from TWO excellent air con units, a Smart TV (You Tube etc available), very large wardrobe, a fridge and cooking unit, and very modern fixings throughout.
The bathroom like the rest of the apartment is very spacious with a good bath / shower.
There is a very comfortable Chesterfield Suite, and large coffee table.
The rooms are very clean, and fresh and airy from a large number of windows each of which has excellent views.
The accomodation is excellent throughout and we felt very comfortable during our stay.
The waterfront and shops and restaurants are just a five minute walk.
'Johhny' is a very likeable host and very helpful and obviously keen that his guests have the best possible stay in Agia Effimia.
I have been trying to think of any negative points, but there are none!
One of the best and most comfortable apartments we have stayed in across our travels in Greece, and very good value for money.
Stay here - you will not be disappointed!!

Love this place!
Very recently got back from another stay at Boulevard Panorama Suites and we just love this place. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, clean and have fantastic views up the valley in one direction and over the village, sea and towards Ithaca in the other direction. This is our fifth stay at the apartments so that says a lot! The bed linen and towels were changed every couple of days and the lady looking after the apartments was so lovely and kind. The air conditioning worked really well and the free wifi was much better than I expected too!. They are in a great peaceful location, being a very pleasant 10 minute stroll from the beautiful harbour of Agia Efimia and the shops, bars and restaurants. Loved the walk back at night just staring up at the stars above the valley. Booking with Kefalonia Travel is very easy and Johnny and Fiona are so friendly, kind and helpful and will help in any way they can. We had a personal issue the night before we were due to arrive and thought we weren't going to be able to travel but thankfully we were able to fly out a day later and Johnny was very accommodating in letting us change the dates of our stay. Much appreciated! Agia Efimia is a wonderful little village where you will find a warm welcome and great food! It doesn't have your big fancy beaches but you can swim from the small beach at the harbour and there are a few coves dotted about. We had a car a would drive to Antisamos beach most days which isn't far or even better - hire a boat for the day from Johnny at Kefalonia Travel (See Boulevard Boat Hire) a go explore a few of the many coves along the coast! Take a picnic and have a brilliant day!

Stunning views! Beautiful room.
We needed a place to stay for one day, simply because we had been asked to leave our room on the day of departure at 12.00 noon and not being picked up for the Olympic transfer until that evening. It was going to be a long, hot day dragging two suitcases around and not being able to have a shower or a little siesta after lunch, with lashings of farewell wine! We didn't want our fantastic two week holiday in this wonderful village to end on a down so we hired the room. All we needed was a simple room with a bed and shower - I couldn't believe the standard of the room here at Boulevard Panorama, the views were amazing and the room was furnished to a very high standard, for me certainly the first time to have a leather chesterfield and flat screen tv in my room! The bathroom was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was very peaceful and quiet, which I just love - living in London, that's something I really appreciate. Just a very short walk takes you back into the main part of the village. Brilliant! The owner was helpful and friendly and I hope he and his family had a good summer together.

Peaceful location
One of the best apartments we have rented on the islands. In a very peaceful spot about 10 minutes walk uphill from the seafront. Our balcony had an 180 deg. view of mountains and sea and we enjoyed our breakfasts watching the farmer coming to feed his goats and sheep. The apartments are run by Johnny at Kefalonian Travel who really couldn't be more pleasant or helpful. We managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment one evening after he had left the office but we got hold of him on his mobile and he sorted us out without the slightest bother.
The apartment was spacious, light and airy and very clean. Fully serviced every 3 days with clean bed linen and towels. Very good wi-fi signal an added bonus.

Very basic accommodation in good location.
Sea view room . Very simply furnished - lots of unfinished wires though ? Sheets changed only once in seven days - had to ask for pillow cases for additional pillows . Great views - bed quite comfy. Very efficient ac - does have hair dryer and good sized fridge- all in all would stay again - also owner extremely helpfull and allowed a late check out as not busy. .
