Beyond amazing

Everything was perfect
The room was luxurious
The owner was so kimd and helpful and helped us with everything from planning our trip to buying goods.
He went to the city market to get us some honey at a bargain price
Offred us a complimentary bottle of wine.
We highly recommend this villa

Super recommended!

Beautiful place, equipped with all services, next to the sea, there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets without the need for a car... the owner alone is worth the experience, very welcoming and helpful. Mr. Iannis made us feel at home and I would go back immediately!

Very nice

First of all the owner is a fantastic guy. I remember we were a bit lost, because of the GPS was playing funny and he came to lead us.
The rooms are clean, though a bit old and there is some parking space outside.
There is no free breakfast, but the city center has great choices, so dont worry. A car is recommended, as it is a few km outside the city of Heraklion and the public transport is not operating 24h

helpful and knowledgeable staff

Helpful entirely.
Arrived just on midnight in June in a taxi,
and left 4 days later at 6am driven to the airport by the hotel manager.
Double room with bathroom was fine, and air-conditioning was useful at times.
Bus to town was easy - route number 1 or 20, tickets from a kiosk by a taxi stand, although it took us a couple of hours to realise that the bus route number for returning was number 6.
The hotel suggested restaurants nearby, which are cheaper than in Heraklion centre, and we liked best one with many many pot plants outside.
Beach nearby is nothing special, and most of the beach area seems to be controlled by hotels that front it.
Local red wine suited us well.
Altogether fine for a few days, and trip to Knossos and museums, without bustle of town centre.

Magical experience

The host Ioannis was more than welcoming and helpful, room was twice as more in value than we expected for the price, location is 5 minutes walk from the beach. Amazing staff and interior. Very warm atmosphere, spectacular lounge. This villa made our holiday the greatest adventure of our lives so far. There was not a single disappointment in our stay for whole 9 nights. Heaven for such acceptable price. Also try sitting in the silence of the night in the lounge with burning candles dropping lingering silhouettes of greek statues after a long day of traveling across Crete, magical. Best place I stayed at in my entire life. Infinite gratitude to the hosts.
