Beyond my expectations

Very well-maintained property in a great location for Falassarna (7 minutes by car). The owners are very kind and helpful, the room is very spacious, equipped with every comfort, cleaned every day with a change of towels every two, and above all, excellent value for money. What more could you want? Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we felt at home.

Perfect for visiting west Crete

Great location to visit the most beautiful beaches of Crteta which are within driving distance. Large rooms with balcony and kitchenette new and well furnished. The hosts are welcoming, helpful and polite, highly recommended.

One of the cleanst and friendliest establishments i have stayedVery polite and helpfull Actually mr George the manager of the hotel saved my trip when my car developed an engine problem he actually drove me to a service station and waited until my car was diagnosed and repaired and drove me back free if charge

Extremly clean and big, but very strange bathroom set-up

The size of the apartment is really huge and EXTREMELY CLEAN! Great bed to sleep on, great balcony etc. The kitchen has all essential equipment. Parking lot has a nice shadow under the vine.

Be aware that the bathroom in room no. 5 is SO SMALLl, TINY compared to the big size of the apartment. Shower cabin is extremly small and the toilet bowl is facing the shower cabin (only 10-15 cm, I measured with my flip flops size EUR 41, so how is one expected to use the toilet???
You absolutely CAN'T sit because of its distance. The shower cabin is tiny as weel, so you can't turn around. You need to stay still otherwise you rub against the glass cabin doors which is really unpleasant.
Who build this??? I was wondering ...
I told about the situation to the receptionist and he just said "Thank you" ...and nothing else.
I found that answer very unprofessional.
That is not the way how someone in hospitality should treats guests.
Maybe there was a barrier in English language on their side.
Even after contacting the Booking.com customer service about the issue, the manger was unwilling to cancel and refund 2 out of 3 nights. So we had to stay there for 3 nights. We couldn't get the other room because the place was fully booked (I assumed) and all other rooms are the same as were the only words from receptionist.
