Came here for week and it exceeded our expectation, place was cleaned everyday and everything was spotless, staff are all lovely and can’t fault them, it’s in the perfect location with everything around and chania town being 25 mins on the bus which can be painful when busy but worth the trip

The staff were great, no fault to them at all… but the hotel and area surrounding were extremely drab. There is absolutely no vibe or energy at this hotel, the room has no decor, the shower was falling apart. Breakfast was gross. The neighborhood is pretty much the opposite of what you think Crete would be like… pretty much everything about the place was tired and sad. We regrettably booked 19 nights and spent about 14 of them at other hotels in way better areas.

Rooms were clean and a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A small convenience store on site. The free breakfast buffet was good. Right on the beach and a one block walk to the main road with shops and restaurants. Free lounges and umbrellas on the beach.
We walk along the beach, to the right, where the yellow and green umbrellas were and snorkelled in front. Saw lots of fish as soon as we entered the water. Saw fish up to 18" long and my buddy saw a Jack Tuna!
We enjoyed rhe resort so much, we cancelled our last night on Crete at another resort and booked it here for next week!

Excellent location, nice building. Good breakfast, comfortable feel. Nice clean pools.
Rooms are perhaps a litte tired and would benefit from updating.
Daily room housekeeping was a little hit and miss.
Overall a great hotel for what we paid and would recommend.
