The cleaner seemed to look after everything and was lovely. One negative is they told us that our credit card wasn't working. Indeed, none of our cards worked so we had to pay cash. There was no problem with the cards, they just wanted cash. I have no problem with that. Just be upfront about it. We wasted a lot of time on an overseas call getting our card checked out. Otherwise, the hotel is fine.

The information about a check in code was a bit late in coming but as soon as I chased it up the code was sent straight away.
On arrival at the property the key box was easy to find and we were able to access the room easily.
There was Raki in the room, this was a nice touch despite the fact that it’s not our tipple.
The room was the studio apartment overlooking the street, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. There wasn’t a great load of storage space but it was adequate for us as we travel pretty light.
Cleaning was done every other day which included a change of sheets and towels.
The location is perfect for restaurants and bars and everything is within easy walking distance.
It is quite noisy until early hours with music playing on some evenings but we still managed to sleep, to be honest it wasn’t so much the music but inconsiderate guests whom were waking us up.
We would definitely stay here again if we return to Chania.

Great location in the old town with a lively vibe to the area. Very comfortable accommodation and just a few minutes walk from the picturesque harbour area. Ideal for exploring Chania and just enjoying the surroundings

Right in the center of the old town. Host was reachable via text and responsive but a bit hard to find someone at the reception. Very convenient location in the middle of everything cafes and restaurants. Very walkable

Book without hesitation!

Book without hesitation. The apartment is quite luxurious with everything in it.
Spacious 2 bedrooms. Spacious living room. Two full bathrooms well designed.
The location is perfect. Tavernas filling the street. Minutes to the harbor. Minutes to the town.
We loved our stay and this place. It’s worth the money.
