Easy walk to town- 25 mins or so.
Nice included breakfast
The room terrace spa was very clean
Kitchenette was stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc.
Would recommend they supply dishwashing liquid, as well as shampoo and conditioner.
The beach chairs, umbrellas etc are not yet set up, but the manager explained he is not allowed to do so yet. He allowed us to set them up on our own, which was nice.
Overall, excellent stay
Would recommend and hope to return.

Super location
The hotel is close to the beach and has a fantastic location. All right so far. The room was small and spartan. The bathroom little, but totally ok. Just a little wash and mirror. The beds were nothing to say about. They were good. There was air conditioning in the rooms, but one had to pay extra for it. It's the first time I've experienced it, but it's probably a way to push the lemon max, because it wasn't cheap. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but you can buy yourself breakfast in a bar inside the hotel area. Heilt ok. They had different “packages” you could choose. English breakfast you got two fried eggs, sausage and bacon. Then serve with a few small pieces. Right at the reception there was a small mini market where you could buy...... What draws down the hotel and the experience, is the toilet facilities. That in 2025 we can’t throw toilet paper in the toilet after use is a miracle to me. Throwing it in a boss basket right next door is unhygienic and totally meaningless. Then it would have been better to use a solution with utedo. To explain it with “weak” drainage system, becomes completely incomprehensible to me. You don't build a hotel with a water cloth without a drainage system that handles the functionality of the toilet. It'll be too stupid.

In summary: pleasant operation, good cleaning and simple standard. Poor toilet solution, and that's going to be the most weighted for me. For those who see such a solution is ok, the hotel is superb. Therefore, I would not recommend or discourage the hotel.

Perfect location and wonderful staff
Nothing to dislike about this place. Location perfect , but it’s the staff that work here who make it , nothing is too much trouble , they work tirelessly to keep everyone happy and the hotel, apartments and outside areas are kept so clean and tidy. I stayed in a studio and there was everything you needed in them. Beds comfortable , showers really nice and the views from balcony perfect , I slept with the balcony door slightly open so could sleep to sound of the waves. There was iron, hairdryer coffee machines lovely gesture of coffee / teas sweets etc . Such a lovely place and felt very safe as a solo traveler . I will definitely return

A marvellous hotel on the beach in the Nea Chora district of Chania
We stayed here 23 - 30 May 2025 on the second week of our holiday in Crete. A wonderful hotel in Nea Chora, Chania, right next to a beautiful beach. Our room was very comfortable indeed and had a marvellous balcony overlooking the beach (the balcony had no awning or sun umbrella but the very helpful staff put up a temporary sun umbrella so so we could get more use out of our balcony even when the sun was shining directly on it but a more permanent awning would be useful). The hotel is in the very pleasant Nea Chora district of Chania which has excellent restaurants as well as some very good bakeries and places that serve good quality souvlaki and gyros. The staff in the hotel were lovely and so helpful. As well as the superb beach, the outdoor swimming pool was excellent and very well maintained. This hotel was a little above our normal budget but well worth it - we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel (which is on seafront in Nea Chora) is about a twenty minute walk from the old town and the Venetian port. There’s also a bus stop a few hundred metres from the hotel that has quite frequent buses that go to the outskirts of the old town and to many other locations. Taxis in Chania are quite reasonably priced but it’s worth noting that traffic can be quite heavy. The new archeological museum on the other side of town has a remarkable collection of antiquities, and its café terrace has wonderful views over the bay and towards the Venetian port.

Christina's Snack Bar
The review is about the beach restaurant of the hotel of the same name. They have very good food and decent prices. The special pizza is very good and the pork steak is huge, served with pita, salad and fries and costs only 14Euro. You have to order at a counter, where you pay immediately and you get an electronic device that you take with you to the table, or on the beach, which will vibrate and beep when the food is ready and you have to go and bring it to the table yourself. They also have pasta, club sandwiches, burgers, desserts and drinks.
