The property was excellent. It was very clean, and a large and versatile space for my entire family. The property was located in a very good spot away from congestion but a quick walk or drive from anything we needed. The staff is excellent, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They went above and beyond what was necessary to make my family feel welcome and our stay entirely enjoyable. I would return to the hotel on a subsequent trip and recommend it highly to anyone considering it.

Really spacious room, plenty of space to relax during our stay. Just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect. Excellent hospitality throughout, staff were attentive and welcoming. Overall a great stay, would happily return.

We had a lovely stay at Icarus hotel and really enjoyed our holiday as a family of six, including two children. The hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff played a big part in making our stay so enjoyable.
Rola, who was in charge of the breakfast, was always friendly, kind, and welcoming. She greeted everyone with a smile and made breakfast a lovely start to each day.
The hotel was very clean, the service was great and we loved the location. It’s in a quiet area, ideal for families, while still being within walking distance of beautiful beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, which was perfect for us.
We would definitely recommend Icarus Hotel to anyone visiting Chania!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience feel special and personalized. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, which truly made a difference.
One standout moment was when they helped us celebrate my husband’s birthday by arranging a thoughtful room service surprise with fresh fruits in advance — such a kind and memorable touch!
The hotel is located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach, which was perfect for relaxing strolls and seaside time. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable vacation.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm, welcoming, and well-organized place to unwind.
