We will always miss this place
Thank you for a lovely week. Very nice rooms - seems like new. Clean and all we need at one place. Thanks to Georgos in the reception, Fotini in the bar, Kaliroy in the pool bar and of course the whole hotels «everything-is-possible-man»- Clinton. You make the vacay som nice for us and the kids. We will recommend this for other families. Nice playground, lovely food, ok prices. Nice pool.

Great hotel. Nice service. Clean and fine. The beach restaurant had a good selection and good food. Had 2 bedrooms to the pool area that was perfect. Short shortcut up to the center

Great hotel
Had booked 2 bedroom apartment under the ground floor so we were a little excited about this. Room No. 104 was a great nice newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment. We have been 23 times on Crete and have never had such a nice apartment. Great area with pool, but the sun disappeared quickly in the afternoon. Very good that they laid out patches on the sunbeds of those who laid out towels on the beds without them being there themselves. Some steep area down the hotel, slope, and lots of rocks, deep. But right by we lay on the sand. A lot of waves and a lot of graps in the sea because of a lot of waves some days. The hotel was in a quiet area. Did not hear traffic,and quiet and quiet throughout the area. We'd love to come back here. Thank you very much to the friendly staff at the hotel

Good location, located a bit down from the main street so no disruptive traffic was heard. Nice and clean pool area and only a few minutes down to the sea. We got a fantastic room that was completely renovated. The cleaning of an amazing woman called Katarina was absolutely amazing, she changed the sheets and towels at the slightest spot while always having time for a chat, five stars to her. A woman at the front desk named Nicole was incredibly nice knowledgeable and helpful. We really recommend this hotel

Mostly okay…
The room was clean and equipped with most of the things you would need.(Towels/coffee maker/hairdryer etc)
Bartenders, waiters and cleaning staff where very nice, but you will miss the «greek hospitality». It felt more like they don’t really care for their customers since you are just one of many and it doesn’t really matter what you think.
The pool area is clean and cozy, and the lady working at the poolbar is very nice. Unfortunately the bar mostly was closed.Prices here are much higher than most of the other places around (4,50euro for a coffee for example). The food is okay, if your standards are not really high, but i would not recommend the «breakfast-buffèt». (15euros, and it is not worth it! It does not help to complain about it either, full price and not even a try to make something up for the dissapointment. (As mentoined before, you don’t really matter ass a customer.)
Be aware too, that you will get charged for something that is some kind of «hotell-tax» (35euros, that no one mentioned somewhere, we just got a letter slipped under the door of our room to inform us 2 days before checking out)…surprise surprise!
To summarize my experience, it is a okay place to stay, if you don’t expect something special or greek hospitality.
