Quiet nights and excellent location

Finding a peaceful place close to the center is not always easy, but this property offered exactly that. We slept very well every night because the area was calm. During the day we explored Chania and enjoyed the nearby beach. Very good value for money too.

Buyer Beware - look elsewhere

Probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in over 30 years of travelling.
The property was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get any rest. We were told the rooms would be cleaned daily, but that simply didn’t happen. Dirty towels and used bed sheets were left unchanged, and the standard of cleanliness was completely unacceptable.
What was most disappointing was the lack of honesty from the host. Promises were made that were never delivered, leaving us feeling misled throughout our stay.
I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, and this is by far the worst service and facilities I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
Buyer beware.

Amazing value for money

Amazing value for money. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and in a fantastic location close to both the beach and the old town. We loved being able to walk everywhere without needing a car. The atmosphere around the property was calm and friendly.

Very clean and peaceful apartments

I appreciated how clean everything was during the whole stay. Housekeeping did a very good job and the apartment always smelled fresh. The neighborhood was calm, especially at night, so sleeping was easy. At the same time, we were only a short walk from the beautiful harbor of Chania.

Lovely area and comfortable apartment

Nea Chora turned out to be one of my favorite areas in Chania. Staying at Nea Elena Apartments allowed us to enjoy the beach while still being close to the old town. The apartment itself was cozy, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing summer holiday.
