Amazing experience

Very very nice hotel with family atmosphere..
Recently renovated rooms, large, spacious, clean, with nice decoration..
Very nice view of the garden pool and the sea..with 2 balconies to choose from..the garden is perfect among the greenery and the flowers, very well-kept and cared for..
The location is near and among nice attractions easily accessible..
Friendly staff eager to serve.
Very good prices..its own parking lot..the pool is amazing and very clean
The rich breakfast buffet and every day with something different to pleasantly surprise you..
I would definitely recommend it and if I come to Chania again I will definitely stay there again..
PS: small tip to make the room a little more functional.
He wants a tile or a shelf in the bathroom to put your things on.
And also an additional mirror a little more full-length

Don’t recommend

My first initial impression of this hotel was it was friendly and welcoming . However , during the stay I noticed the housekeeper , a young girl and her first ever job, clearly was tired all the time and I got the distinct impression she didn’t like the job much . The rooms were not cleaned on a regular basis like in other establishments- I had to ask for it to be done .
We quickly noticed how expensive the drinks and snacks were , a coffee being more in euros than it’s ever been in the UK! I felt the hotel were only interested in making money not guess satisfaction.
This was sadly confirmed when we had 6 items taken from the apartment and the hotel have been no help whatsoever.

Everything was good except they had no reception at night and were there was an emergency there was no way to contact them also the cleaning service was not good

Must do better.

The hotel is in a rural location, quite difficult to find, not helped by having nothing to indicate the hotel name. On arrival we located the reception/ bar area, to be told our room number and the news that the bar/ pool/ restaurant would not be available for the rest of the day ( it was 3pm ), as there was a wedding party of 150 guests arriving.
We asked for help with our luggage and were accompanied to our room by the duty Manager, who then had to repair the damaged toilet seat, provide water, glasses an cups to make the room habitable.
Next morning at breakfast, included in the room rate, we asked for espresso coffee from the machine as the coffee from flasks was tasteless. We were charged Euro 4 per cup, which caused me to suggest that perhaps this was excessive as we had lost the pool/ bar facility the previous night! Response - see the owner -who was never present .
Room was acceptable, gardens were scruffy, staff less welcoming than at other Cretan stays. Pool very good. Location helped by nearby tavernas.

Noisy very simple accommodation far away

Verry simple accommodation, missing anything inside the room . No phone, no furnishing apart of a sofa bed to leave you clothing. In the bathroom a lot of flys and nothing for leaving you cosmetics… the rooms are loud and you here everything from the other room. A dog is barking the whole night. To say short. Not recommend at all .
