Not 5 stars at this point in time

Good location, but needs an upgrade. Poor beds, bathrooms are not the best craftsmanship and advice in the door frame, pools has a border of sunscreen all around, shared toilets are not cleaned very frequently

Never again!

We love Crete! Here you get good food! And lovely people!
Traveling as just a couple, we wanted to have a more lux vacation.
This was the worst hotel experience ever!
I do not know where to start..
Not close to be 5 Star. Not remotely. Maybe 3 Star.
We were not looking for things to be annoyed about...it was the opposite. Looking forward to this! All-inclusive as a couple.
The hotel from the front was very nice. And also the reception. But from the moment we got our key, it went bad.
- Bathroom; worn down with broken tiles, and mould in the soap-dispensers Yaiks!
Semi-clean room. Again worn down. Nothing was like promised when we booked.
- The pool; broken tiles..even found one on the bottom of the pool and took it backhome.
The pool was dirty..with a lot of hair in the drain and we found bandages twice.
- Drinks..really bad!
- Service at poolbar...really bad..just unfriendly.
- Food.. with no competition. the worst we have ever experienced! Worst! It was "canteen-food"..on a good day. We endted up with only having bread with tapanade for breakfast and lunch. For dinner we went to local resturants.. (Good food and friendly staff easy to find! In the area!)
Never going back! Not in a million years!
We both feel really stupid paying that much money. We have visited Crete several times before, and we know that it is not difficult to find 10 times better hotels, with 3-4 stars.

I want to say that I had good experience but I can unafourtnetly not do that. There was a worker that treated us very poorly, because we are black. I’m so tired of this bs that we have to go trough. Please leave bad requests so that u can fight against rasism

Catastrophic

Flee, a 5-star hotel that is only worth 3 stars.
Food worthy of a cafeteria, paid drinks, even water. Pools inaccessible before 5 PM because towels are on the loungers from 8 AM despite the prohibition. Loungers on the beach cost 15 euros.
The only language spoken is English.
