Relaxing two days near Chania!

Nice hotel with quality / delicious food! The service is excellent, all the kids are very helpful! We recommend it for relaxing holidays!

Above expectations

Our very first all inclusive which was better than expected. The food, staff and surroundings were wonderful. The staff at the pool bar and rooftop bar were especially service minded and nice. We definitely want to come back there.
The hotel dog Aqua entertained us throughout the stay. The world's finest hotel dog!

A pleasant stay

Pleasing hotel in need of refurbishment as rooms are tired and old ,private pool is not the cleanest . Food options as great , staff are brilliant and an asset to the hotel. Not the best in managing grievances which was disappointing. The WiFi is very poor and the pricing model is atrocious , poor and basic WiFi on all inclusive and high speed for ultra all inclusive. WiFi is now the most basic requirement from any hotel and hotels should ensure that WiFi is available for international tourists during their stay

Had a fantastic stay there! Would absolutely return. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was top notch and the buffet was quality eith different theme nights and never the same. Lots of kids options too! I was so impressed with the options. We were eating lamb chops and swordfish, which I would not expect on an all inclusive buffet. The room was fantastic and really spacious....more like a suite. The beds were a bit hard though and the bath didn't work properly but was grateful to have a bath tub. The only downside was the kids club was not much fun and there was only one night of entertainment so the only real fun stuff for my toddler was the kids pool, which ahe loved and was fantastic. Everything was very clean and overall well maintained.
