Beautiful, friendly, spacious - perfect!

My return to Stamatakis after a whopping 11 years!
Honestly, everything was exactly as good as I remebered.
Located on a hillside, Stamatakis sits above the noise from the street, and has a beautiful view to the area. The garden was fragrant and colorful during May. Konstantinos is the perfect gentleman host, greeting us every morning and making sure we had everything in order. And we truly did. The room was spacious, airy, and clean. We loved our balcony and cooked breakfast to enjoy every morning. The beds were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. We didn't need to use the AC at all, since the nights were cool. The cleaner lady is also super kind and hospitable, never meaning to bother us, she was absolutely a sweetheart.
The hotel above Stamatakis plays some music by the pool until 22:30, but after that, it's perfectly calm around the area. We actually liked their playlist :))
The nearest supermarket is only a 2-minute walk downhill, and you can easily access everything Platanias and Agia Maria have to offer on foot.
We really, truly enjoyed our holiday time here, and I wish to come back next year, if not sooner.

There was a beautiful garden for us to sit in, and Konstantinos our host was very hospitable. The maid service was excellent and the property was a short walk from the main drag of Platanias, with several excellent restaurants nearby.

Quiet family-run hotel

Clean and comfortable. Cleaning and changing sheets several times during the week.
Very Nice Owner who was pretty much available around the clock and it was something you wondered about.
2 minutes to the beach, 4 minutes to platanias, and 15 minutes to the gas station of agia marina. Really recommend this.
