The hotel seats at a outstanding and charming location.....in perama Corfu...u can seat outside at the restaurant and watch the air planes landing and almost touching you.... incredible....or from your balcony room.... overlooking at the gulf of perama...sutch pristine area....

The dirtyest accommodation!!

The worst experience we've ever encountered in accommodation.
We booked the room for our friendly couple with two children of primary school and a baby of two months old, having previously received from the owner photos and information via Viber. The photos did not correspond to the actual condition of the property. Note that the owner was a friend of our friend.
Upon their arrival, they were found in front of a room with obvious humidity, spiders and tissue, dirt in various places, filthy switches, worn-out and debrised closets and generally an image of abandonment. The situation was especially disappointing, especially for a family with young children and a baby.
We immediately contacted the owner. Instead of apologizing for the condition of the room, he simply informed us that the family could leave the next day by 11:00 and that a refund would be made.
This return never took place.
Although we sent the correct IBAN for the deposit, we then received an email with a different IBAN and the claim that the refund was completed. So far we have not received the money agreed upon.
The problem was not only the unacceptable condition of the accommodation. It was mainly the complete lack of professionalism, indifference to customers and non-compliance with what was agreed.
We would not recommend it to anyone and definitely not to families with children. The photos sent to us created a completely different picture from what we faced in reality and the management of the problem was as disappointing as the property itself.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the staff seemed strange and unprofessional. The breakfast was awful: there was absolutely no hygiene at the buffet, which was already very minimal and of very poor quality. The juices were clearly not fresh and tasted like cheap powdered mixes diluted with water. The sugar container was dirty, and even the cups and cutlery were not properly cleaned. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel at all. It is far from being worth the price given the poor level of service. The room service was not done, and the door of my room looked like a prefabricated panel — really shameful.

A good friendly hotel with spectacular views, good breakfast and service. If I visit beautiful Corfu again I’ll certainly stay again.

Ok as a hotel but nothing great
Honestly not the greatest place. What was called a beach across from the hotel was not an option for children. The nearby beach was full of rubbish and stank of sewerage. The room was ok. Cleanliness was the best (thanks the cleaning lady). Breakfast was at best average.
