Brilliant Experience.
On arrival we were greeted with refreshments while reception sorted the paperwork and took our luggage up to our room. The hotel is spotless and service second to none. The staff are all welcoming with a genuine smile but one young lady "Michaela" was the star of the show. She showed genuine interest in where we had been and seen (5 day car hire - exploring). Everything was just right. A really wonderful experience.

Lovely hotel
Great location for easy access to other parts of the island either by car or local buses.
Hotel is fabulous calm, very clean with modern rooms and a good size pool in a lovely setting.
Breakfast was excellent.
The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the people who work there they are all so friendly and welcoming it really was 5 star hospitality.

Warm and friendly
Hotel is excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Buses are every 30 mins into town and cheap. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved every moment!
I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this wonderful little hotel. The location is perfect for an easy bus ride into Corfu town, there are multiple decent bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (and many more a five minute bus ride away in Ipsos), the beach is a five minute walk away and everything you need is on your doorstep. Our room on the third floor had a beautiful view of the gardens and pool (the gardens are beautiful and the pool area immaculately clean), our room was clean and modern (shower room was small but perfectly functional) but most of all what made this trip so special is the hotel staff. My husband and I have been fortunate enough to travel the world and stay in some of the very best hotels but all of them could take lessons in hospitality, service and kindness from this lovely little hotel in Corfu. From the breakfast staff (breakfasts by the way are wonderful with a great selection) and reception staff who went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly to the lovely older lady who cleaned our room and gave us the biggest smile in the world every morning…they were all amazing. Most of all I want to mention the pool staff, Georgia and Manos, I’ve seldom come across two young people so eager to please, so unfailingly cheerful or so kind and helpful…they’re a credit to this hotel (and lovely Georgia has a smile that could light up a room!). We will most definitely be going back!

Overall experience good some improvements needed
I stayed with my family 26 - 30 May.
The staff welcomed us with a drink which was a nice touch and were helpful in explaining how the hotel works etc and answering questions. Overall, staff were friendly and happy to help.
The standard rooms are on the small size, especially with three sharing, so if you can get a bigger room do for more comfort.
I do think it's mean spirited and odd that you only get complimentary water for the first day and not refill it.Corfu is hot and water is a basic necessity so that needs to be changed. Other hotels such as Corfu Holiday Palace offer this.
It would be good to have the option of fresh milk in the fridge rather than the UHT milk.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and quality. The coffee from the machine is dreadful so you should give guests the option of making them a fresh coffee in the morning.
I think the recommendations you give to guests may need to be looked at. For example, one staff member at reception recommend Malibu Beach club as a place to go for food and arrange our sunbeds etc. However, this is not a place for families. The establishment clearly dislike children and my child wasn't allowed to use the pool despite being an accomplished swimmer. They were also monitoring his movements which I found very unsettling. This is clearly an adults only place so perhaps don't recommend that place for guests with kids.
We didn't see the guest relations staff member during our trip and would have found it helpful to get recommendations on dinner places, excursions etc.
The lunch at the hotel is good but from 3pm it's snacks only. We ordered a 9 euro pizza and it was dreadful - you can tell it came out of a packet and frozen - not fresh at all. With all the incredible fresh ingredients you have you can do something much better than frozen pizzas. Please look at that again.
Overall, with some tweaks the hotel would get 5 stars.
