Five-star, very central with character and history.

Central accommodation, with easy access (a few stairs). Architecturally interesting, detailed. Excellent building materials, truly high-quality furniture. A good espresso machine in the room (the coffee is not refilled, capsules are sold at the bakery across the street). The two ladies are also excellent with the cleaning; they take care of everything as if it were their own home.
A small difficulty with drying wetsuits and beach equipment. Hanging is not allowed, but if we had a room with a balcony, we would use some chairs, as there is no provision on the terrace or an uncovered area (I have seen it in some similar accommodations). Also, next time I will choose a room with a view and I will put an extra star!

Our suite was amazing! Very beautiful and very clean.
Konstantinos ,the owner , was there to welcome us and give useful information about the island! A very kind and friendly person!
I highly recommend it for its beauty, cleanliness , amenities and location. It is in the heart of the centre of Ermoupolis.
I think it is the best choice for you to stay in the island.

Very nice updated, renovated historical building near Syros Port. Very convenient. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Highly recommended

Delightful!

This is a very quaint small historic hotel, but it exceeds expectations! It is located one block off the seaside and central to all the restaurants and shopping. Costas (the owner) met with us upon arrival and gave us all the information regarding the room and then some history of the building and finally, the island. He did ask us what sites we wanted to visit and where to eat. The room was exceptionally large (corner) and the bathroom had all the modern amenities (large shower). Daily service was early but quick!
We did discuss with Costas that is was somewhat difficult to locate the building, as there is no marker. We deduced the reason why, and he shared that he would have shared the directions with us via WhatsApp. We ran across a local who pointed us in the right direction. Otherwise, no complaints.
There is a confectionery shop located across the street with lots of yummy delights and a bakery within a block which has bougatsa ----savory or sweet----a traditional food of the island.

Owner and staff were amazing! The property was very nice and modern, plus very convinent to the entire town. If you love experiencing the local setting, this place is a must. Thank you, Konstantinos!
