Excellent experience

We had such an excellent stay here! The room was clean and spacious, has absolutely everything you need, the view is amazing and relaxing in the jaccuzzi in the late afternoon looking at the sea was that bit of luxury you do not get in many places. Location is extremely convenient for short trips,very close to Faliraki but far enough to be quiet and relaxing--perfect combination! Giorgos and his family are very accommodating amd helpful and made our stay so easy and comfortable. We felt like guests, not like customers and that makes all the difference. We will make sure to check in to this place again!

Fantastic stay

Fantastic apartment with amazing pool.
Property was clean and in a good location - away from noisy central but close enough to walk to main hub.
Vasilis was so welcoming and assisted with anything we needed. The breakfast was nice and Eggs, omelette etc can be cooked for you. Would definitely stay again

The batteries are full again

An incredibly beautiful, relaxed and relaxing holiday. We have been there a few times and enjoyed the hospitality but also the perfection of Maria and Vasilis in taking care of the beautiful complex.Such a place you really have to look for, we have found it and will come back. Excellent all round

Family holiday August 2025 in the Executive One bedroom suite with private pool.
The air conditioned suite had a large living/dining/kitchen area, bathroom with shower, large room upstairs with 2 single beds, and a large room with a king size bed downstairs, with patio doors leading out to a shaded and sun drenched terrace with quite a large pool, table, seating, sun-beds and laundry drying area. The front terrace also had table and seating.
Room was spotlessly clean, bedding too, and fresh towels daily.
Only downside was they didn’t want us to wear sun lotion whilst in the pool. I understand it helps with cleaning but we really needed to have sun protection on at all times. However, the pool offered a tranquil cool place from the heat the sun and had a seated bubble jet area for a jacuzzi effect.
The hosts/owners were very friendly and put on a lovely breakfast each morning which was included with the room and set us up for the morning.
Parking area for car rentals and a lovely communal area for breakfast and to relax.
Perfect location to Kathara Beach and a lovely short 5 minute walk across the beachfront to Faliraki.

Perfection.

We've been staying here for several years now and can honestly say that we have never found anything to put us off returning in the future. Vasilis and Maria look after everything, nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are kept clean on a daily basis, breakfast is served every morning either out front by the office or out at the back in the shade by the BBQ area. The beach only 150 metres away and the harbor is 5 minutes walk from where you can get boats to either Rodos or Lindos. There is also a covered parking area if you decide to have a rental car.
Vasilis and Maria even went so far as to present my wife with a birthday cake on her birthday which she celebrated while we were there this year.
