Great!

We came from a tour of Turkey where all the hotels were 5* so we thought the change would be noticeable. We stayed 7 days at Heleni Place. Truthfully, it absolutely surpassed the luxury of our previous accommodations: clean, comfortable, spacious (our room had a living room, kitchen, a bedroom). The kindness of the owner and her son left us in awe despite the language difficulties. They were attentive to every detail, trying to solve everything that might arise (they were in charge of looking for an agency would be and with good prices, they had the engineer come to look for us to take us to the business). They served incredibly delicious and hearty breakfasts. 150 meters from a spectacular beach. Truly recommended for warmth, quality, location, price and comfort. Gracias Heleni Place! Our stay with you made us very happy!

We will be back

We spent a very good time at this hotel, the place was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful.
The beach is just a few steps away and there are also very nice taverns.
The rooms were cleaned day and the beds made.
For the price really a great offer!!
We will come back!!

Nice almost Caribbean holiday.

Very friendly and clean! Great location, all within walking distance. 150m to the beach. 200m to the bus stop. Also immediately supermarket and many other stores. On the beach a good location where you can eat well and drink and enjoy cocktails right on the beach.

Hotel Eleni Palace, Fr Crete. Terrible. Not recommended.

Vacationing with her husband in September 2024. Terrible. When checking in, offered a room on the ground floor (door from the common hall ), you open the room - bed opposite the door to the hall on the reception. I had to pay extra to move into the same room on the 2nd floor. Air conditioning was also immediately charged a surcharge. Furniture from 70, all ruined. There is a kitchenette, but all the furniture and dishes of our great-great grandmothers. The shower-toilet is small, just like at 60 at the grandmothers' great-grandmothers: and the washbasin and the drape-cloth shower. The hotel level doesn't match any stars, the hostel level. We can sleep over. Does not match the price . The receptionist is not interested in guests. Surprised that the hotel had to wait half a day after 3 p.m. for late check-in. It's not the first time in Greece. The Greeks are usually hospitable, attentive. I'm counting bad luck this time. Not recommended.

Great stay at Eleni Palace Apartments

We have just returned from our holiday from Eleni Palace Apartments. Me and my partner were very happy with the choice we made. It was just what we were looking for. In the first place, the report quality price was very good, a nice simple and very clean stay, with very hospitable owners. Eleni Palace is situated on a quiet street and in a few minutes we could be at the main road with plenty of taverns, shops, supermarkets and everything we needed. We stayed in a studio, which was equipped with everything that we needed: a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony. The breakfast was simple, but we had a start for the day. The pool was great. In just 2 minutes of relaxing walking we were at the beach. The beach is very long and it has numerous taverns and sun loungers. The owner, Adonis, is very helpful and he told us many things about the island, what we should visit and where to go. Thank you very much for everything, Eleni Palace! Anca and Oxi.
