Convenient for a few nights

Room convenient for its location not far from the airport. Small but clean, well-furnished, and with everything necessary for sleeping a few nights. Large small terrace with a table and drying rack.
The instructions provided for self-check-in were very clear, and the place is certainly very convenient.

Clean room but no safe parking

Overall our experience at the property was good. The room we stayed in last Friday to Sunday was clean. The bathroom was in very good condition and the kitchenette the same. The bed was comfortable and very comfortable. The lady I had spoken to initially to make the reservation was polite.
One was the main problem. When we spoke on the phone I made it clear that it is very basic for us that the accommodation has parking space and he assured me that the room has parking space. On arrival we had 3 parking spaces in front and 2 on the side. The front are car seats normally but in the side two seats only fit a car size Smart or motor! Because anything larger comes out on the alley exposed with a result and bothering naturally but also risk of being hit by someone. Also the sign of the accommodation was unique in one of the front and one of the side positions, which I had not noticed initially. So when we arrived the front position with the signal was caught but not knowing we parked in the next position. Later we went for a walk and when we returned at 23.30 there was no place to park except the side where the C3 we had did not fit! At that time I sent a message to my cell phone that I had received the information asking if the parking spaces are for anyone who can get there and I never got an answer either that night (which I understand) but neither the other two days!!!!! The next day at noon again we had no parking and even the neighbors had put a bar in the other place. Fortunately the second night we were lucky and found it. I find it unacceptable for a customer to ask something and never get an answer!!!!
Finally, because the reservation was telephone and was not paid, the message said the money should be given to the cleaner who would be after 11 a.m. there. On Saturday morning we couldn’t wait until 11 because we had some obligations. The lunch was not there and on Sunday we should have already left at 11. So we had to contact them again to agree where they wanted to leave the money.
In conclusion, the room as a room was good, but they bump into the piece of communication and that since there is no fixed parking (for two cars as many as the labels) can not give it as a given!!!!

Very nice room. Comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful in everything I needed. And good location.

Excellent stay

This was my second time staying here, simply because I loved it so much the first time! The rooms are stylish, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Heraklion, close to everything. It’s amazing value for money, and the host is always welcoming and attentive. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Horrible to say the least.

Please read this review carefully. We arrived and there was no water in the bathroom, the owner hung up the phone after calling her nervous. Watch the video and the conversation, no response, no refund. We had to go to a restaurant bathroom. If the only weapon we have to fight this inhumanity is reviews, I hope they have their effect.
