Thoracic and mobility issues at this lovely hotel
This property is a very beautiful contemporary styled hotel and was for our joint 70th birthday celebration as a present from our daughter. The views are stunning over Oitylo Bay and Limeni in the distance. There is nowhere on the website that states unsuitable for older guests who have accessibility needs. We both have COPD problems and found The room beautiful and spacious. We had a junior suite. Lot of wardrobe space and full mirror. The bed was oh so comfy and massive. There wasn’t a lot of space around the sink to put toiletries otherwise a great shower room. The numerous stair flights to reach reception especially in the heat so exhausting my husband almost passed out. I explained this to the young lady who checked us in and she said lucky your room is near the car park. No offer of a drink yet we found out afterwards there is complimentary fresh lemonade dispenser just close to her. It would have been kind had she shown some empathy for our plight. She took us all the way back down to our room and left us. I then had to go to the car park and lift my case and carry it up several flights of stairs to reach our room. No offer was made from the hotel of help. To reach the pool for a drink was back up near reception. We spent some time relaxing with a beer looking at the view and having a dip. The restaurant was by reception too. So for us it was up and down the flights of stairs for reception; pool; dinner;breakfast and so on so actually not lucky at all to have a room near the car park. Our request to move closer to the amenities was declined. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Our daughter would never have booked this hotel had she seen any mention on their website Dinner was good and the breakfast spread fabulous. . BEWARE OF THIS LOVELY PROPERTY IF YOU HAVE THORACIC OR MOBILITY ISSUES

A beautiful hotel but disappointing in service and responsibility towards the customer.
The hotel is built in a beautiful setting; the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the pool has a beautiful view and is very well maintained.
The breakfast stands out for the quality of the products and for the attention from Vasilys, which makes a great difference.
However, we had an unpleasant surprise when, having paid for the reservation in advance, the night before our arrival we received an email stating that the restaurant would only be available for one of the four days we would be there. The restaurant was one of the reasons we booked that hotel since we wanted to relax without having to take the car all the time, and there was nothing really close to eat. When we mentioned this at the reception, the treatment was very discourteous; we were told that there were alternatives five minutes away on foot, which was not true, especially for two elderly people on a path that had no lights at night and was very lonely at the beginning of the season. We wanted to change hotels, but they refused to refund our money, and the only solution they offered was to provide us lunch one day and allow us to order something simple from the bar that night. A hotel at that price cannot leave guests without a restaurant and without giving them the option to move when it is not in the middle of town with shops nearby, as is the case in so many places in Greece. It was not seasonality as we were told, since the season had already started, but rather that being alone in the hotel probably did not make it worthwhile for them. All of this, in addition to the scant kindness of the person at the reception.
It is a hotel with enormous potential, but it cannot treat customers this way. For the same reason, out of responsibility towards other travelers, I would not recommend it.
