The best hotel in Rhodes!
We had a fantastic stay and would happily return in the future. The hotel was kept absolutely spotless throughout our holiday, and the housekeeping team were always friendly, efficient, and quick to help whenever needed.
The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of choices every morning. Although there were plenty of places to eat nearby, we found ourselves dining in the hotel restaurant for most of our stay. The menu had something for everyone, the food was consistently excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. A special mention also goes to the restaurant staff, who were always so warm and welcoming. It was lovely chatting with them each day, and they really helped make our stay feel special.
The spa was another highlight of our trip. The massages were amazing and definitely worth booking. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the swim-up pool gave the whole place a luxurious, relaxing atmosphere.
We did have to change rooms due to some noise during our stay, but the reception team handled the situation brilliantly. They couldn't have been more helpful and arranged for us to move rooms first thing the next morning. It really makes a difference when every member of the reception team is smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help.
Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, with excellent facilities and outstanding staff throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would love to come back.
Tip for future guests: There's a sports bar and a SPAR convenience store both less than a one-minute walk from the hotel, which is really handy.

Alizo Boutique Hotel & Spa has genuinely been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re looking at this hotel wondering whether to book it, honestly just do it. From the moment we arrived, the service was incredible and there genuinely isn’t one thing we could fault.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, modern and stylish, but still has such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We were very kindly upgraded to a swim-up room, which was gorgeous and made our stay even more special. The entire hotel is immaculate and the housekeeping throughout our stay was brilliant.
The pool area was one of our favourite parts of the hotel and the poolside service is honestly next level. You barely have to move from your sunbed! The team are constantly checking if you would like food or another drink without ever being overbearing. It genuinely feels like five-star service.
The food was incredible too. Everything we had around the pool was fresh, beautifully presented and delicious, but the evening food deserves a special mention. We ate at several different restaurants during our holiday and honestly, the best evening meal we had was at Alizo itself. We actually wished we had eaten at the hotel more! If you stay here, definitely have dinner at least once.
What really makes Alizo special though is the staff. You aren’t made to feel like just another room number. Everyone remembers you, looks after you and genuinely seems to care that you’re having a lovely holiday.
They also went completely above and beyond for our celebrations. We came back to balloons in our room, a cake and champagne, and the team even sang to us. It was such a lovely surprise and something we’ll always remember.
Finally, we have to thank the people who made our stay so special. Maria and Katerina on reception were absolutely incredible and helped us with anything and everything we needed. A special mention also to Natalija, Filippos and everyone else on reception who made us feel so welcome. A massive thank you to Thomas and all the lads around the pool and pool bar during the day for looking after us constantly, and to Vera and the evening team, who were absolutely lovely.
And a special thank you to Tharrenos, the Hotel Manager. You can genuinely tell how passionate he is about the hotel and the guest experience, and that standard carries through the entire team.
Alizo may officially be a four-star hotel, but the experience and service we received were five-star from beginning to end.
We were genuinely so sad to leave and already know that we will 100% be coming back.
If you’re considering booking Alizo, just do it. You won’t regret it. ❤️

Overall stay
We arrived at the Alizo Hotel around midnight after a long day of travelling, and the welcome couldn’t have been better. The elder gentleman on reception was warm, entertaining, and exactly the lift we needed at that hour. It set a really positive tone for the rest of our stay.
The hotel offers luxury across every area the rooms are modern and comfortable, the bar has a relaxed atmosphere, and the pool area is spotless and perfect for unwinding. The gym is surprisingly well equipped, and the buffet selection offered plenty of variety with consistently good food.
A standout part of our stay was the staff. They looked after us incredibly well, and I felt especially cared for due to my nut allergy. The chefs and servers went above and beyond preparing separate plates, double‑checking ingredients, and making sure everything was safe without ever making it feel like a hassle. That level of attention is rare and genuinely appreciated.
Overall, we’d fully recommend the Alizo Hotel to any couple looking to relax, enjoy great service, and stay somewhere with luxury facilities throughout. A brilliant experience from start to finish.
