Quality reasonably priced hotel

We cane for a 7 day break through TUI from Oslo. Situated between Rhodes town & Rhodes airport. We landed at 00:15 and were at the hotel in 20 minutes ( carry on only) Adequate double room with Coffee filter machine & a medium & small hotel plate plus kettle small kitchen. Service of towels/linen etc is daily. You can buy food all day in the restaurant which is very good. Breakfast is € 12. The chef is excellent, we tried several great dishes. The Wines & spirits are amazing with reasonable prices. The secret here is that the owners son is a wine & spirits enthusiast. There are amazing Whiskeys & Cognacs etc here. Lots of things to do & 15 minutes to the beaches.

Small personal hotel

The room was fine. But many rooms were vacant this October. So we had appreciated getting a room with either morning sun or evening sun. But it was in such a position that the sun was nowhere near the apartment.
No shower curtain, which made the floor very wet and slippery outside. The holder for the shower head was broken, which made it unnecessarily wet.
Kitchenette but not enough utensils. No knife to cut bread or fruit with. Would have appreciated a cheese slicer or potato peeler.
Would have liked to have seen a small pump bottle with detergent and wipe cloth so you could keep clean.
The nozzle on the kitchen tap was missing. Which made it splash water quite a lot.
Haven't been cleaned under the beds in a long time. The dust swirled when the balcony door opened.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice small hotel with plenty of good atmosphere between the lemon trees

A lovely little family hotel with sweet and friendly staff, welcoming hosts and smiling waiters.
Rooms are fine - without being a lot of luxury, there is daily cleaning and the atmosphere here is absolutely fantastic and even though it's all wrapped in large lemon trees, there's absolutely nothing to be upset about - on the contrary
We have participated in the hotel's barbecue evenings and by the way ate all our lunches here...and we have absolutely nothing to complain about.
So overall a small cozy hotel at a fair price - located just a few hundred meters from the city's shops and restaurants.
The weather has been superb all week ☀️
