We were a large party staying for a wedding we loved the size of the hotel and its location on the beach. We had a swim up sea views room which was superb.
If you are looking for a lively hotel with a swim up activity pool there isn’t one but there are lots of pools and lots to do.
The main restaurant is lovely with good food choice and attentive waiters. Our favourite restaurant was on the beach especially the chilled vibe and the breakfast.
Special shout out to Jess who was superb at speaking to us all letting us know what activities were going on -I loved the stretching class on the beach and the aqua fit in the pool !
Also Eni our waitress in the evening was super attentive and great fun. !
This hotel is a great vibe no rushing for sunbeds no queues for meals and great drinks and bars - we loved our stay. All the staff were super friendly - apart from those on reception who were quite blunt and rude.

Our room service was not good, but it may be subjective. They have over 1000 rooms so maybe the person who is cleaning our rooms was not motivated.
Food is awesome. Service is really nice and friendly to children.

4th time visiting this hotel- another lovely stay. Staff were wonderful, particularly the two female staff in the outdoor dining area at breakfast time, the housekeeping staff member who thoughtfully arranged our Son’s Pokémon soft toys on the pillows each day, and Juliano from the evening bar staff. Lovely room upgrade too. Thanks, we hope to return.

PERFECT HOLIDAY

We had the Perfect Holiday at the Portobello royal 1st week in May . Over the Winter the hotel had been beautifully painted and all the tiles and paths had been deep cleaned and everywhere looked AMAZING. An awful lot of hard work had been done and it really showed .Our suite was as Perfect as always with views to die for . Our room was cleaned by Tanya ,same as last year she always makes the room sparkle and with a smile and always makes sure we never want for anything . The food was Fantastic as usual and I'm still trying to shed the extra kilos gained . We loved the Italian and The Burger Project with our lovely friend Panos great food and great service. Lunch time in The Greek restaurant down by the beach with our great friend Anna not to be missed . Breakfast with my bacon and eggs made by Terry followed with pancakes and choc sauce made by Claudi .Buffet food great on an evening g lots of choice and the lovely Maria . Entertainment very good and great drinks served by Vasilis . Missed Monika but The new Manager Christos is very friendly and always there to assist . All the staff are BRILLIANT . Hope to return next year
