Excellent accommodation option

Excellent stay. The room is large and warm, with a huge bed and a lovely fireplace. Clean room. Beautiful view.
We happened to fall in a night with bad weather and power outages, which were removed immediately using a generator, so we didn't get cold at all. Nevertheless, the extra timber we requested (as 7kg per day is included in the price of accommodation) did not charge them considering that it is their obligation due to the power outage.
Very helpful staff at every post and polite.
Breakfast very nice and with plenty of options.
For the outdoor space and the pool I have no opinion as our stay was in the fall. However, everything was very clean and well-kept.
Comfortable parking as well.
In addition I put the place where the accommodation is located, centrally in Kalyvia, with taverns at 50m and very close to the lake, with a pleasant walk of 10 minutes. This should be taken into account in general for the area because there is nothing special in the other villages for food, drink, etc.
I definitely recommend it.

Poor

The rooms are outdated. Plaster and moist problems. The owner was not that willing to please and unfriendly. This is not a 4 star hotel. 2-3 at most!

We expected the benefits to match the price!!!

Pretty expensive room for "dead" period, such as the first February S/K..
Noise from them above,
no sound insulation,
Until dawn trouble...
Even when the steps descended, the earth trembled...
The room with fireplace offered a nice atmosphere... Breakfast very good, the staff helpful, with the smile except one that ruined us all day...

Rude staff

We ordered coffee and the staff behind the bar were rude and cheap. We wanted napkins and said not to take without permission, and we can only take two. Being in the food and beverage business should be people-centric and generous.

I highly recommend it for families

Nice places, nice breakfast with nice background music. We had booked a 4-bed room with a fireplace and the room was comfortable and clean, the wood was sufficient. Very close to food and shops but in a quiet area. Near the lake. Pleasant and helpful staff. I highly recommend!
