Strategic location for touring the island, but the property needs improvements

The location of this hotel is undoubtedly its strong point: it is perfect and strategic for comfortably exploring the whole island. Unfortunately, however, there are several aspects that made the stay less pleasant than expected. The most painful point concerns the cleaning and room service: the changing of towels and tidying up should strictly take place every day, and not occasionally as happened to us. Furthermore, the bathrooms are decidedly dated, with old fixtures and finishes that would urgently need a renovation. Finally, the breakfast turned out to be rather poor and with little choice. Overall, the property has potential thanks to its location, but the service and the rooms need a step up.

Disappointing!

This hotel is situated in a central and convenient location in Pigadia. The balcony of the room we stayed in provided a nice view with the sound of breaking waves. Although the hotel does not provide parking facility, there is a large public parking lot within close proximity although availability is uncertain. Breakfast was just about okay.
This is an old hotel - not well kept and almost everything we looked at screamed for repair / renovation. We were very unhappy with the room assigned to us as the toilet tank was broken and was wrapped with a towel that got wet from the leakage. Water from the tap tasted salty – just like sea water. Sebasti at the front desk was very nice and eager to help. Within her limited authority and ability she tried to do whatever she could and assigned a different room. But many other deficiencies remained.
Our stay at this hotel was not very comfortable.

Clean hotel in a central location.

We have been to this hotel for the third time and want to return again. Why?
The location is very central, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is very good by Greek standards, there are good parking options, the entire facility is very clean, and there is a nice pool.
Dislikes: In the bathroom, there is no storage space for the items one needs in the bathroom, except for the edge of the sink. There is no power outlet in the bathroom.

We were due to stay again at the end of our trip but booked elsewhere. There are better options for accommodation in this town. Tired and worn rooms and poor breakfast.
