We changed 3 rooms for one night alone!

The worst experience! We booked for a night room with jacuzzi! We were taken to a room without jacuzzi and my husband took 20 minutes to take the side to get us to another, telling him that it was a mistake and that we booked another room and not with jacuzzi...which was our fault, but we had picked up a few days ago and for confirmation...There the receptionist first commented that the room should be cleaned again because the bathroom was used...the night we decided to do jacuzzi and did nothing. Once again, the third time my husband came down, he brought with him the receptionist who had a face up to the floor and discovered that nothing really worked. He took the manager who suggested we change a room again... the third one for one night! which room as seen in the photos was in a bad condition as well as the others I did not take pictures... and we ended up at 11:00 in the evening with pyjamas suitcases and shoes in hand to turn to the hallways of the hotel where the employee did not ask for an apology for the whole disturbance.. the epico was when he told us with style to go get our towels from the previous room in order not to dirt and these since they had to clean another room... As if it was our fault to make one mistake after another... bad experience unfortunately much and great rudeness... Paradoxically, the breakfast was quite big and honest!

A hotel to give up.

It's a shame for the experience we had. A magical place in a magical location and that's where it ends. An unfriendly staff and no English speakers, brown, depressing little rooms. A bed that broke our backs.
Breakfast is poor in gentle words.

Hotel with room!!

Clean and quiet. The romantic atmosphere with the fireplace lit.... Pleasant and polite owners. Very nice breakfast with lots of local dishes!!! The baths are very close as well as the center with the wonderful taverns. Comfortable parking space.
