Very nice stay, the only thing missing are sun beds

Really nice landlord family, very nice location, we enjoyed the stay very much. The only thing missing are sun loungers on the balconies or at least in the beautiful garden. Sometimes the WiFi could work a little better. But the atmosphere is great! Jean

Poor and overpriced

We spent several nights at this place which is located just a 5-10 min. walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Arillas. The setting is nice and the courtyard is clean and well-maintained. Apart from these, our room was quite old with outdated furniture and an awful bathroom. We had to fetch ourselves with cleaning products from the mini market before using the bathroom. The owner is quite indifferent and definitely does not understand the basic rules of hospitality. Should this place is managed by real tourism proffessionals, it would have big potentials due to it's quite setting and proximity to the beach. For a daily rate of 80 € per night, one could expect to receive at least a decently clean room. Beware!
