All fab , friendly, drinks expensive like all hotels room cosy if your a big man over 14 stone too big for the small shower and

The continental breakfast ok nice and clean , pool very small , its the location your paying for which is fab 8 mins walk to everything , would come back

Amazing hotel,family and staff.

Fabulous hotel, the Agrellis are a lovely family who will do anything to help you, as will all the staff. we had a beautiful room above the pool bar. Breakfast is a very nice, fresh continental style with plenty of choice. The pool isnt massive but its adequate with a lovely toddlers pool, there are plenty of sunbeds to go around. This was our second year at this hotel and we have booked for the same time next year. It is suitable for all ages we are 50+. You do pay for air con at €10 per night which I believe is the going rate for the majority of the hotels which aren't All inc. People return year after year we spoke to some who return several times a year, and we can see why!

Exceptional Service...

We stayed here for one night due to the incompetency of Easyjet and being involuntary denied boarding which is a completely different matter. However we was put into accommodation with Agrelli and I must say they were nothing but helpful and reassuring despite being told nothing from the airline the next steps, they did everything possible and went further and beyond to try and resolve the matter. They even contacted the airport to speak to ground staff who fed us nothing but lies. Ya na from reception was nothing but exceptional and a real asset to the hotel, she did everything possible to make our short stay a nice one. The owner (I never caught his name sadly) even made sure we could use facilities even after check out and kept our luggage in a safe place while we had to kill time for another 12 hours so I wanted to say a big thank you to him also!
The room was good for 3 stars and had everything that's essential and more, it's not the biggest of hotels in truth but we really liked the place! It has everything you need and part of me was thinking we wished we stayed here instead! We did eat in the restaurant for dinner, prices were good and the Greek salad and Pizza was amazing, highly recommend.
If we do comeback to Kardamena in the near future we will most definitely come back and stay for a full holiday!

Great stay overall. Room was one of the old rooms. Functional, but small for 3 people. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them. The only negative was that it cost 7.5 euro per night for air conditioning. I feel this should be added to the total price rather than it being an ‘add on’. Particularly given the climate. However don’t let this detract from staying as I would 100% return. The pool is quite small, but one of the best I’ve used give. The condition of the water.
