Vacation
I really liked this Appartement. It was near Laganas Beach and the Strip. Nice family Appartement, clean and nice people. I really recommend this to single's, families and friends. Mixed appartement with a nice family that takes care of the appartements.

Do not recommend
We came there and Irene started out like a very nice lady, very helpful and nice. We had to pay for air condition, wifi and safe 80€ (for 1 week). Room included two single beds, bathroom and balcony but other guests had a apartment with kitchen included. So we ask our agency where is the kitchen because we paid for it too. After we told this to our agency Irene lost her mind. She came into our room at 11 p.m started yelling at us and threatening us that we have to pack our things now and leave her hotel if we have any complains. She was insulting us that we are not humans and so on... She didn't let us explain anything and didn't listen to a word we said, she just yelled, so we called our agency which needed a half an hour to calm her down. Because there were no free rooms to provide us we had to stay there. The beds were very uncomfortable and we didn't want to complain anymore because we were scared. At the day of departure we needed to leave our rooms between 9-10 a.m. She came in our room at 9:03 a.m and again started yelling at us and insulting us. She was standing in the room and dictating what to pack and after we pleased her if she can give us 5min to pack in peace (we still had 1 hour to leave the room) she lost her mind and took our things, clothes and bags and started throwing them out of the room. She even pushed one of us and than locked the room. Other guest were still normally packing in their room and she didn't had problem with that. After we were standing on the street with our things, she came on the balcony and yelled across the whole street, threatening with police. Our agency guide needed to come there to calm her down. After that we were waiting on the street untill the bus came. I've never seen something like that... The only good thing about the apartment is location.

Worst owner EVER!
Room and location is OK. But owner is the worst. First day she will ripped you off with AC, safe and wifi. If you want peace all week, just pay. Eather way you will never see her again that week. She lock's her self in the apartment and will never open the door.
If you have any other options, take it. Laganas has a lot of apartmants.

Perfect location
I stayed here for a week with my sister. The location is perfect! It is really close to the beach, there is a supermarket right next to the hotel and the swimming pool is close. The barstreet is very nearby but far enough to be away from all the late night noise!
The owner is really friendly as long as you behave ;)
When you arrive she offers you a deal for a safe, airconditioning and wifi. She claims the wifi is so perfect and thats why she doesnt give you the password to prevent you from spreading it to people who dont stay in the hotel. She takes your phone and writes the password herself. Only problem is that the wifi sucks. Its not even close to how good they claim it to be. It only works on the balcony, and even then its really slow..
The rooms are nice and get cleaned everyday. However, it took us 4 days to get new towels..
We enjoyed our stay here, but mostly because of the perfect location :)

Very nice apartments
We had a very good time here. The room is very nice and it was cleaned everyday. The balcony was lovely. It's in a nice neighboorhood and only 20m from the beach. Its great for 2 people. Only downside is that the toilet is a little small.
