✨ A Truly Special Stay Filled with Kindness and Care✨
Where do I even begin? If 10 stars existed, The Ritual would have them. The service was world-class from the moment I walked through the gate.
I visited Kos Solo for my birthday, but I felt like part of a family. Stella and Konstantina are two of the most beautiful humans I have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble. These ladies made my stay one I will hold close to my heart forever. They made my birthday truly special with a cake, a saxophone performance and the warmest wishes. I felt at home. I felt relaxed. These ladies reminded me not only of what exceptional customer service represents, but also how kindness can heal the soul.
My experience at The Ritual was picture-perfect, healing and wholesome. When I arrived, my heart was heavy and I was tense. While exploring the hotel, I met Aristidis, the Wellness Manager. He immediately greeted me with warmth, explained what was on offer, and reassured me that I would have a wonderful stay.
I attended his breathwork and mindfulness meditation class, which was included for guests, and I left feeling calm, grounded, and lighter.
During my stay, I also experienced the Sound Healing Massage with Angeliki, a visiting practitioner. She listened carefully to my needs and areas of tension, adapting the massage throughout the session. Both of these experiences provided the calmness my nervous system desperately needed.
The food at The Ritual was incredible and the bar and restaurant staff were accommodating, attentive and friendly.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.
To everybody at The Ritual, but especially Stella and Konstantina, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my stay and birthday so wonderful. ❤️

A place I feel like home
I love everything about this hotel. The stuff (especially Konstantina, who is a wonderful human being who tries to fulfill every wish), the rooms, the beautiful poolside and the amazing food. I’ve been at this hotel several times now, so it’s safe to say, that The Ritual is a place I feel like home. Generally, it doesn’t matter if you travel by yourself, with your partner or just a friend - it’s suitable for everyone.

Short stay, lasting impression
We had a wonderful stay, even though it was only for a very short time. Everything was excellent — from the beautiful location and delicious food to the genuinely warm and attentive staff.
A special mention goes to Aristidis, the Wellness Manager, who really stood out. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about wellbeing. We had the chance to do a quick stretching session with him, and even in such a short time he managed to understand what we needed, share some very useful tips, and make the experience both effective and enjoyable. His positive energy and personal approach made a real difference.
We only wish we could have stayed longer. A fantastic experience all around, and definitely a place we would be very happy to return to!

The calmest, warmest stay we've had in Europe
We spent a week at The Ritual and left feeling genuinely restored. If you're looking for a break from busy life, this is it. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and clean, the beds are properly comfortable, and the whole place is quiet in a way that lets your shoulders drop within a day. The pool is huge and most of the time it felt like we had it entirely to ourselves. It strikes a rare balance: a real retreat feeling without ever being precious about it.
What makes it, though, is the people. Stella gave us the warmest possible welcome and kept checking in to make sure our stay was perfect. Aiki led the morning yoga and we didn't miss a single session; her energy and the flow she builds set the tone for the whole day. Aris guided our cold plunge and was a joy to be around, friendly and generous with advice, making something intimidating feel easy.
We both had massages with Nikoleta, the best possible way to close out the trip. Lovely, skilled, deeply relaxing. I arrived with neck pain and left without it.
At the restaurant, Olga and her team were attentive and endlessly accommodating. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of choice and real variety day to day, and they happily made things that weren't on the menu. Special thanks too for bringing us a local natural wine we'd never have found otherwise. Delicious, and exactly the kind of gesture that stays with you.
Everyone we met was kind and genuinely present. It reminded us of travelling in Southeast Asia, easily the most human hospitality we've experienced in Europe. We'll be back.

Sound Bath experience and restaurant fantastic
We went here for a sound bath experience. It was performed by an experienced sound practitioner. The other hosts were also wellness experts. The experience was really relaxing. Loved it. All of the staff here were so friendly and kind. The hotel looked really beautiful and to be honest I probably should have booked here rather than the sister hotel Aqua Blu. They are not on the beach here but it’s only a short bike ride to the beach and the beach in this area isn’t that amazing anyway. Better to get a car and drive to beaches . Ritual has a gorgeous pool area. The snacks we had as part of the sound bath (afterwards) were so good we stayed for dinner. Was the best meal we had on Kos. Very good chef! We also did a yoga class here which we enjoyed
