excellent property in a residential area

nice little hotel, very nice and welcoming, excellent cleanliness. a little away from the seafront and nightlife (only three hundred meters) but better that way. excellent breakfast. there is also a small swimming pool with solarium and a car park

Unfortunately, our stay was not as we expected. Although the price of €100 included a pool, pool bar, and cleaning service, our experience was disappointing. The pool bar was constantly closed, the pool was not particularly clean, and the room cleanliness was not satisfactory. Indeed, there was an additional charge for changing the pads. Also, there were ants in the room and an unpleasant, strange smell in the hotel premises. We understand that it is a two-star hotel, but we believe that for the price, better services and more care in cleanliness could be provided.

Pretty good

The triple room where we stayed was clean, the beds were quite big, but not that comfortable. Big fridge, you got all u need if u want to make coffee. The bathroom has dryer and was tidy. There is a certain scent at the begging but you get used with it. For breakfast you have a lot to choose from, not suitable for vegetarians tho. The pool looks meh, much more smaller than in the picture. I personally, didn’t like the walls design, felt too outdated for the furniture. Overall, was a pleasant staying.

GREAT hotel!!!

After spending many summer holidays at the excellent hotel Thassos Pefcari, my wife and I decided to go for something more adult, hotel Castello Limenaria.
It was really a good choice.
The first thing to notice, as already mentioned in the other review, is that hotel has been recently redecorated, everything looks new and nice. Rooms are well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is really good. Have to mention two swimming pools, nicely organized so, you can, depending on your preference, ether enjoy sunbathing or put your sun chair in the shadow.
The level of service is great; manager Lambros and all of the employees are doing their best to make you feel welcome.
It is located in the quiet neighborhood but just 5/6 minutes walking distance from the main street with restaurants and bars. Also, big private parking is a nice addition to the hotel services.
We shall be back to hotel Castello Limenaria for sure!!!

An excellent place to stay

The Castello Hotel is a family owned and run hotel in a quiet part of Limenaria. It's been extensively redecorated and is light and airy.
The breakfast area is extremely stylish with spotless white cotton tablecloths, and also has terrace seating outside. Bedrooms are very comfortable, have large balconies, good wifi connection and 32 inch satellite tv.
Plenty of parking on site and the grounds have well maintained grass areas and flower beds.
There are two good sized swimming pools on different levels connected by a water slide, with plenty of sun beds for relaxing in some shade.
The manager Lambros is really helpful and always happy to give good honest advice. An excellent place to stay
