Peaceful place in beautiful town
We were able to park our hire car close to the accommodation and walk into town in about 15 minutes.

Lack of professionalism and communication skills. Better to avoid as it seemed from other reviews
To be fair, the property offers great value for money, a convenient location, and the rooms were quite clean. However, the lack of basic hospitality completely ruined the experience. We arrived at 12:00 knowing check-in was at 15:00, simply checking whether the room might be ready earlier. There was no one at reception, and guests were left to deal only with a cleaner, who was clearly not in a position to handle guest requests.
After a long journey, we were initially denied access to a restroom due to the lack of facilities in the common area, which was highly inappropriate for arriving guests. Only after contacting the owner via Booking.com was a restroom opened, without any apology or explanation.
Communication from management was consistently poor, and our requests for updates were ignored. When we returned at 14:40, the owner was present but did not greet us or provide any information, and we were simply made to wait until exactly 15:00 despite the property appearing empty in low season.
This is not about strict check-in times, but about a complete lack of basic hospitality and professionalism. Leaving guests without proper reception support and refusing basic courtesy sets the wrong tone from the start. We will not be returning.

First of all I would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your holidays at our beautiful island.
You arrived at our hotel 11:30,because my cleaner called me that time to tell me about you.I know that all hotels are not suppose to serve people that are not check-in yet,but anyway.
I told her that you can use the toilet as much as you like before you go to the room.
Its not gentle for you guys,because when my cleaner sayed that there is not toilet,you sayed that where should I go to the toilet,at the grass.
I have to say that this day I was very busy and at that time I couldn't be at the hotel,but I came after.You send me a message 12:31 and you sayed that you will wait at the parking space until the room is ready,because you are very tired.
I answered that because that day all of our rooms where check-out,all of our rooms had to be cleaned,so we wouldn't be able to get you to the room before 15:00.
That's why you thought the hotel was empty,because all the rooms check-in again that day .When you arrived,at 14:40,you just sit there,but not ask me if the room is ready.
When you came,I sayed welcome how are you,but you didn't answer.
I told you that everything you need you can ask me or if I was not there,I have my telephone number in every room and also you can find me at what's up or Viber.Guys I don't know how to handle things but that's shows me no respect to people that work under the sun.
This is just my opinion as a owner of the hotel for 30 years now.

It's not a hotel, let alone a resort! Stay away from this facility
I wouldn’t even call the Dimitris Villa a “hotel”: it’s a country house disguised as a tourist facility. We had booked a double room, but without any notice we were assigned a single room with two tiny beds, barely suitable for children.
The linen was embarrassing: a simple sheet resting directly on the mattress, without mattress topper — decidedly unhygienic (photo attached). The room was cramped, not soundproof (you could hear every word from the neighbors) and with unusable bathroom: shower and sink completely clogged.
Check-in (after 15:30) and check-out times are uncomfortable, and there is no real reception. Breakfast is extremely basic and is absolutely not worth the extra cost.
But the worst came on the second day: after returning from a day at the beach, we found the room exactly as we had left it — no cleaning, no change of towels. After reporting the problem to the agency, they lied and said they contacted us to fix the room, which never happened. I just wish I'd left if I lost the money!
Non-existent Service, neglected facility, don't be fooled by the photos - this place is anything but a hotel. A real scam!

1) The Hotel has not SINGLE rooms , only DOUBLE and in case who we have a single room reservation we give a DOUBLE room without any extra charge.
2) All the matress have protective line sheet and in the foto you have remove the protective line and you have drop it from the room balcony to the next land.....we have found it :)
3) The check is aftyer 15:00 and the check out before 11:00 as you have agree in the Platform Contract when you made the reservation
4) in the Hotel there is DAILY CLEANING and personaly i check EVERY DAY the Cleaner work in the rooms , so all you say about "no cleaning" is NOT TRUTH
5) all the rooms are RENOVATE in 2024 INCLUDE the bathrooms and everything in the Hotel is TOTALY NEW.
6) As we have found (after search in Platforms Databases) the last 5 years you have found this "trick" to receive "money back" from your Holidays in Greece in Turkey and in Spain and we have collect all these papers for future Legal Use against you .
