Disappointing

I stayed here for five nights and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
Before arrival, the owners contacted us and pushed to sell transportation and gave car rental
Options. After that was arranged and we checked in, they seemed to completely lose interest in us as guests. There was no effort to ask how our stay was going, no recommendations about the town, and generally no warmth or hospitality.
The room itself had serious issues: it was full of ants, and when I asked for cleaning, fresh towels, or even basic shower gel, I was told it would be done the next day which never happened. By that time we had already cleaned the room ourselves and dealt with the ants on our own. For the price paid, this level of service is unacceptable.
It’s especially disappointing because the island itself is full of wonderful people — even strangers in the street were more welcoming and helpful than the hotel owner/manager. The only real positive is the location near Plaka, but sadly the management and service do not match the setting.
I would not recommend this hotel, especially given the cost and the lack of care shown to guests.

Give this place a MISS it is a scam! Even Hotel.com could not contact owner

This place was dreadful! Impossible to find.. Quite a walk from the ferry the area is NOT good! No one was at the accommodation just a key in the door! Even Hotels.com could not locate the owner .. The place is nothing like the photos and reviews (reviews are not dated either!) Cats everywhere so if you have allergies be careful! This place is VERY isolated - not much around. Even the neighbour did not know this accommodation existed!
