Superb hotel on the beach, a dream location
Absolutely adorable staff with a good restaurant
Fillys is attentive to your needs
The sea view rooms are very comfortable and the bedding is impeccable

I wouldn't suggest it...

I will start with the cleanliness which was very good, the guys who worked there were polite, the beach below the hotel had sunbeds that they were charged for and they stayed at the hotel (foul this) and of course the front sunbeds were taken.... a piece of paper up for the gentleman or lady who would come down at whatever time they liked while the rest of us were idiots when I asked the lady who was there she told me that this was the hotel's policy (however, the previous time I had arrived no one informed me about this specific policy of the hotel).

Αγαπητέ επισκέπτη του Kelly Hotel. Θα θέλαμε να σας αναφέρουμε πως απο 1/1/25 έχει αλλάξει η διαχείρηση του Kelly Hotel.
Μαζί με την αλλαγή της διαχείρησης έγινε ριζική ανακαίνηση και λυτουργεί ως Kelly Beach Hotel και στο ισόφειο χώρο το Fillys Restobar.
Θα χαρούμε να έχουμε την τιμή να επισκεφθείτε και πάλι το ξενοδοχείο ή το εστιατόριο.

We cut short our holidays because we had many complaints and no one in charge appeared.very bad experience..

The hotel was managed by young children very kindly but without experience.. breakfast every day the same and stingy!! We asked if we have another option for breakfast and the answer was no.. the lights in the room were on, we asked for the person in charge and he was always absent. The small table on the balcony broken. We paid for the sunbeds while we were there. I would never recommend it, too expensive for what it provides..

Το Kelly Beach Hotel, από τον Ιανουάριο του 2025, έχει αλλάξει ιδιοκτησία.
Έχει πραγματοποιηθεί ολοκληρωτική ανακαίνιση και πλέον αποτελεί ένα σύγχρονο ξενοδοχείο μπροστά στη θάλασσα.
Επιπλέον, στον κάτω χώρο λειτουργεί εστιατόριο με μεσογειακή κουζίνα, ενώ μπροστά στη θάλασσα υπάρχει beach bar.
Θα χαρούμε πολύ να επισκεφθείτε και πάλι το ξενοδοχείο και σας υποσχόμαστε μια νέα εμπειρία!

A modernized hotel on the beach

Visiting Thessaloniki area, a must to visit was Pelion - “where the mountain kisses the sea”, during the Easter break. With the intention for 1 night in Aggios Ioanis we stayed 3, in order to see as much as we can in the beautiful area. We choose Kelly hotel after we compare with other 3 , having in view the beach in front, the interior design and cleanliness.
The breakfast is à la carte, most hotelier style, but they are opened at suggestions, like every greek host which want to please guests when possible. I would appreciate fresh fruits, fresh juices, local products, home made especially. The room and bathroom are comfortable, clean and stylish (recently renewed I understood) . Quality material for Windows , nice terrace. The next door church , is ringing the bell in the morning, but only persons with sensitive sleep hear this. For this spring break was very a very quiet area. Probably in summertime is crowded and difficult to parking, walking....

Perfect location - in the heart of the village and right on the water with its own lido. Modern, really nicely decorated and quiet rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and great value - would highly recommend!
