Great and comfortable rooms
Comfortable rooms in great location, and the best service possible from the owner Maria!
I came for kitesurfing and the spot was 5 minute walk from the room, was great for me!

Very dirty place to avoid!!!!
I booked x one night to be near the airport a room ... definitely comfortable because in 5 minutes walk you get to the airport ... but horrible room ... wooden dj mattresses ... hard and rough towels like sandpaper and dirty bathroom ... in the shower you took off the gargoyle and a part of the taps .... forget it AVOID IT!

The worst of experiences
Apparently it is no longer Maria who manages the reception (whose comments are glowing) but Georgia, a woman who did not hesitate to throw us out screaming the day of our arrival at 7pm with our two young children.
She demanded that we pay for a transfer that never took place since the driver never picked us up at the exit of the ferry.
Fortunately I kept the proof via the booking courier where she informed me that the driver had left because the ferry was late. I then sent everything to booking.( screenshot of the message)
So we found another driver.
In the meantime I receive a message in which she informs me that we will have to pay this transfer which never took place and that the driver is waiting for us at the vila vasili. I replied that it was not our fault that the ferry was late and that I had informed him of the delay. You can also log on to the seajet website to track what all drivers do.
We arrive and the driver and Georgia demands 30 euros very aggressively.
I object at Check-out because I just paid for a transfer from the port to the vila vasilis. The tone is rising, they are aggressive and my children are scared. So I give him the 30 euros although I know it's a scam.
Once they cash in the money she decides to cancel the Reservation. I explain that at this time and time of year it will be difficult to find a Pension in Mykonos and a transfer. My 6-year-old daughter starts crying and my 9-year-old son begs her because they are exhausted from the journey.
She says it's not her problem screaming. From customers come to console my daughter, shocked by this situation.
At the moment I have still not been refunded because she had debited 213 euros 10 days in advance.
Booking asked him to refund us.
We therefore paid 60 euros to go to this establishment to be kicked out in an abhorrent way.
Luckily we found another property and the property owner was amazingly kind.
I should have read more carefully the negative comments (dirt , dangerous bathroom etc..) and especially this apparently recent change of property owner since all the comments talk about the kindness of Maria who apparently is no longer there.
There are many other places to stay in Mykonos, don t risk booking at vila vasilis.

Convenient to the airport
We chose Villa Vasilis because our flight from Italy arrived at 10 pm in Mykonos and the next day we had a ferry to another island.
The proximity of Villa Vasilis to the airport meant that we could get there on foot (10-15 minutes) without having to take a taxi.
The next day we took a bus to Mykonos Town and then to the port. Bus schedules vary greatly with the season.
So Villa Vasilis was a simple base for one night and we were pleased: clean room and comfortable beds.
The price is in the low to mid range of Mykonos which unfortunately is definitely expensive.
On the main road near the property there is a great bakery to have breakfast in.
