Rooms with super views

We stayed for three nights at this property: the decor is simple but particular, there is all the essentials and is close to the port and the town center. But what is priceless is the view: there are two terraces, one to the east and the other to the west, both with breathtaking views! In one you can see the most beautiful sunsets and in the other the sunrises! All seasoned with views of Kato koufonissi and Naxos. Highly recommended

Top place in a top spot.

Another wonderful stay at the special place. A warm welcome from the family. Beautiful clean rooms (thank you Melania). Every year there is something new that makes our stay here even more lovely.
Can’t wait to come back again.

Definitely going back

Wonderful. A nice welcome from Dimitri who showed us the room and made himself available should we need it. The location is really breathtaking! There is a cove immediately on the left where in the morning we went diving and you could also enjoy a little shade without having to bring umbrella (also because the beach is pebble so not particularly comfortable but absolutely deserves it!) In the evening you could clearly see the milky way and the sky shone for all the visible stars.
Room cleaned daily with change of towels. Large enough kitchen, we at lunch simo really gladly stayed in the room to cook a simple dry pasta. Great bathroom with really nice shower (without those horrible plastic curtains!!). Air-conditioned room but it was not necessary to use it.
We fell in love with this small island and its bright colors.

Full relaxation in front of the sea

Structure located a few steps from the port of Koufonissi (from where you can board taxi boats that, for a few euros, take you to the beaches of the island) and its beautiful and characteristic chora.
Comfortable, clean and well equipped, the rooms have a patio/porch from which you can enjoy an unparalleled view of the sea and the nearby islands of Kato Koufonissi and Keros, particularly suggestive at sunset.
The owners, very kind and welcoming, also make available to customers some umbrellas, indispensable since there are no equipped beaches on the island.
A truly relaxing holiday!

A gem of a place

This property is so lovely. Very clean, excellent location, great amenities. Hands down the view from your balcony will make your stay. Stunning! Owners are responsive and friendly. Very helpful. We have stayed here on four occasions and have loved it every time
