The location was great, everything was a short walk away. For this price it’s a good deal!

A party factory, not a hotel. Avoid at all costs!

If you are looking for rest, keep moving.
This establishment operates like a youth hostel with no supervision. We stayed in a studio for 5 people with no soundproofing (walls and doors let everything through).
We endured 4 consecutive nights of parties without management intervening, despite our complaint from the very first night.
Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to disturbances.
As many other reviews that I should have read sooner point out: avoid at all costs.

Nice area, very close to the beach. They have 2 locations abour 5 minutes walking apart from each other. Mattress was very firm and the shower was a little bit inconvenient. Very clean.

Depis place was clean affordable and honestly fair for what you pay for. It's a short walk to the town centre and close to 2 coffee shops. There's also a public car park close which is free should you want to rent a car which we did. I found that quite convenient.

First of all i don't really care about habe luxury, but some things are important. The two rooms Sittingbourne me were badly isolated, they were some teenagers fighting and being loud the whole night till 2 or 3am. I wrote the location about it, there was no reaction. The water was cold and took really long to get warm. The blankets were old, there was not basic aid like salt , old and pepper to cook. Don't get why they give the option and not put these things that won't cost much but will be ridiclous for a tourist to buy. It Was ok, but I'm happy i didn't stay longer
