We loved our spacious room with a nice balcony to sit out on, and we especially loved the fact that it is right across the street from the beach and right next to many restaurants and shops. The staff were very kind and helpful and provided us with free rides too and from the ferry port.

The location is amazing but the amenities in the room is very fair to say the least. Tv was not working at all. Wifi chipped in and out often and shower and beds should be updated. It felt like you were sleeping on cement. Not comfortable at all. We were completely rushed at check out.

Great location near the beach but the rooms are no longer in the condition shown in the pictures. Only one of the 2 rooms had AC. The car for pick up was rusted and dirty.

The property was in a brilliant location. Kitchen was on offer but missed some of the fundamental utensils so we didn’t use it.. don’t look for reception as it’s unattended outside arrivals. The rooms don’t all have ocean views, our certainly didn’t and appears trees had grown tall off site. So just don’t expect ocean views on this property. The cleaner was helpful and exceptional. Sounded up for reception on our arrival. Management were hard and firm on the rules, we arrived late by one day due to the ferries not running in high wind. Manager wasn’t at all open to offset our expectations on any kind of partial refund. This is always discretional by the property managers. Beaches were all brilliant meat by and bus route very close. Heaps of options near by to hire vehicles.

The location is incredible, agios prokopios beach is beautiful, the room was perfect for two people and always clean. The only thing was you need to pay for a sets of chairs on the beach every day as it is not included with the room. There is no one at the reception. Overall it was a great stay, we will recommend!
