Don't go there!!
We chose this beach as the sunbeds looked really comfortable, and the other beaches were full. The first row costs 20 euros and after a few hours it was submerged by sea water.. however we opted for the second row, at a cost of 10 euros. We specifically asked the staff how it worked: 10 euros for two sunbeds plus drinks on the side. We decided we were fine with it. After a while, the beach boy brought us the menu and asked if we wanted to order, and we said that we were okay for now. After five minutes another boy showed up telling us that the drink was mandatory! Highlighting him that he himself had explained to us upon our arrival that they were two distinct things! Having pointed this out to him caused him considerable inconvenience...we ordered an iced coffee. In the afternoon, hungry, we asked for the menu... to order two sandwiches... non-existent service. I basically had to take the menu out of the hands of one of the beach service guys because they didn't bring it.
Well, let's order: after 40 minutes not even a trace of our two sandwiches and two beers. I kindly ask for information, and they tell me they are on their way. After ten minutes the sandwiches arrive... and the beers? Who knows... moral of the story, we had time to finish lunch and the beers arrived! To which I replied that we no longer liked them, since we had now finished lunch and that I would only pay for the two sandwiches (the only things I had consumed).
After a minute the owner arrived and kicked us out in the middle of the whole beach! When we went to the exit to further explain the situation in a civilized way, a girl yelled at us saying that we ordered and didn't pay! And that there are other bars to go to and that we get out of the way! But how can I pay for the two beers that I didn't even touch and send them back immediately?!
I really advise you NOT to go to this place, arrogance, rudeness and zero professional seriousness.

Worse place for kids in Greece
The owner is making everything he can to ruin your vacation - don’t go there, don’t touch that, don’t sit here, no this, no that…
The rooms are TOO small and really uncomfortable.
They ENTERED our rooms to turn off the air conditioning (we used it for max 2 hrs per day..) and other things that would cost electricity - like the antimosquito Raid machine!
Super overpriced place, nothing good can be said neither for the beach nor for the rooms. Especially with kids - they do anything to show you they don’t want them there.

Thieves! The waitress did not speak any English or so she said. The asked money for the sun beds and after that they claimed it is mandatory to buy drinks. We wanted water but they refused and suggested that we should buy cocktails or other beverages.
The personnel’s language is very disrespectful.

Fun Beach not so fun
Pro (only one unfortunately):
the sunbeds are comfortable (there is also a downside to it to, which may be fair in my opinion: 5 € tax for 1 sunbed. However, in that area, everywhere else is free as far as I've seen)
Cons:
The owner is disrespectful, you do not feel welcomed there.
No wifi was available.
You are allowed to do basically nothing there, some rules are of common sense, but others are not.
For example: There was nothing to eat there on that day, not even a greek salad and at the same time you are forbidden to eat food from somewhere else, even if they don't have any (the excuse was that the oven doesn't work or something like that, anyway, it's just a salad you don't need an oven to make it).
Something else that didn't happen to me, but I was an observant to the scene: If you dare to bring something there like food or water, the waiters ( probably at the request of the owner ) come to you with the sign so everyone can see that you did something wrong, for some reason they do not explain it nicely, they have to bring the sign for it.
Anyway, I agree with the rule that only drink and food bought from there can be consumed, but YOU MUST HAVE DRINK AND FOOD TO OFFER, I come there to relax and eat on the beach, not to change, wash and go to other restaurants. I don't ask for "haute cuisine", I ask for a greek salad or something simple.
In conclusion, one of the worst place to go especially when you are on vacation and you want to relax at the beach.

This is definitely the worst place in Neos Marmaras....The staff is unprofessional and unpleasant. Just the place is pretty but that is not enough.....
