Clean comfortable room with kitchen. Ideal location beach, restaurants and supermarket
We have been 3 days in these apartments and have been quite successful.
The location is ideal because it is less than 10min walk from the best area of Nikiti beach and taking that promenade you have all the restaurants and ice cream shops at your fingertips. Next door you have a large supermarket that makes everything easier by having kitchen in the room.
The apartment complex has two swimming pools with sun loungers and umbrellas, offer you towels for your enjoyment. Besides bar you have board games.
The room is spacious, clean, nice and comfortable. The large and comfortable bed had 2 pillows per person. Sofa bed ideal for reading too. Great TV with desk. It has a wardrobe and drawers. The mini kitchen has everything you need, cutlery fridge hob microwave sandwich maker, which made the stay much more comfortable.
The room had a small balcony terrace that overlooked the pool, it is very quiet so they were beautiful views and you could enjoy it for breakfast, dinner or reading for a while. It had a table and two chairs, has an awning and clothesline ideal for towels and bikinis. There was a mosquito net in addition to glass.
The only thing as a recommendation for improvement, there was only small bottle gel of amenities in the bathroom that they did not replenish. And in the kitchen the same, only 2 sachets of coffee and tea that also did not replenish. Perhaps scarce for the type of apartment it is, by category price and luxurious style. It may be advisable to replenish daily and offer in the kitchen a sachet of salt, oil or butter, single doses, small basics that are essential to use in the kitchen and that for 3 days avoid buying normal large sizes.
But the place is amazing, we have found ourselves very comfortable and recommend it 100% to the point that we would love to return soon.

Terrible
You are not allowed to do anything ! Your are not allowed to drink anything at the pool just if you buy from the bar, not eating snacks for kids or any food ,only from the bar. Not kids to jump in the pool,not kids yell when they play. You are not allowed to do anything even fart. Small room,small balcon, the second bed is to small like you are sleeping down the floor. Terrible don't ever come to this hotel .

This house keeps everything it promises
Modern - clean - stylish - centrally and quietly located
Even with small criticism of the cocktail was super reacted.
Snacks at the bar would be a great addition - to the pool end - otherwise everything in the kitchen is what you need

Excelent ! Wonderfool ! Luxuriant !It was a very nice vacation, the property exceeded our expectations.
It was a very nice vacation, the property exceeded our expectations. All the facilities worked perfectly, every member of the staff was kind, smiling and efficient. The cleaning was perfect. The water in the pool was hot and changed many times.

Excellent service and accomodation.
Stayed here for a week in July 22. Accomodation is excellent, staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating Rooms are all impeccable each day too. Only a few mins walk from the beach and local strip of bars / restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
