Everything exceeded expectations, great price/quality and a very nice atmosphere.

After a two-day stay on the northern part of the island, which we had booked through a travel agency, we decided to change accommodations due to the terrible conditions. We chose Ariadnes Holiday Accommodation through Booking.com, and it was a perfect choice.
The location has a fantastic view, everything is clean and tidy, the hosts are very kind and friendly, and the service is equally as good. The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic, and the place itself is a great base from which to explore, as in our opinion, the southern part of Lesbos is much more beautiful than the northern part – better roads, better beaches, and more attractions than the northern part of the island.
We were there in the second half of September, so it was almost completely empty, yet there was nothing to complain about regarding the service.
The pool was great, which our son was delighted with. The apartment was cleaned every other day despite the lack of other guests, and everything in the apartment was functional, clean, and elegant.
The owners were incredibly friendly, despite the language barrier. Gloria at the front desk offered advice on where to go, and everything was spot on and helpful. The cleaning staff was very friendly.
The experience was excellent. I can 100% recommend it and wish I could always find places like this on our holidays.

Boutique hotel nestled on the waterfront with ample onsite amenities such as a pool and cafe/bar. Located near other great places like a bakery, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Easy to get to other parts of the island of Mytilini while traveling by auto. Highly recommend.

Peaceful and beautiful stay

Booked last minute for 3 nights. Top floor loft room, nicely decorated, air con, good amount of kitchen facilities and modern bathroom. I was very comfortable here and the family were welcoming. The views of the bay are stunning and you can go into the sea directly ourside the accommodation. Breakfast includes homemade bread and marmalade. Cafe, restaurant and small shop 10 minutes walk. Thank you for a great stay

Serenity on the Gulf of Yera

An incredibly wholesome and authentic experience. The warmth and hospitality of the staff is only matched by the natural beauty of the gulf of Yera, which laps up against the doorstep.
