Fantastic location, very nice apartment, very clean and spacious. Nice staff and a great breakfast with a beautiful view!

Beautiful Resort, Beautiful Location, Too Little (Greek) Mood!

Beautifully located in the southernmost part of Kefalonie, in Mantzavinata. With fantastic views of the rugged surroundings and the beautiful Ionian sea. Apartment is also super luxurious! Everything is kept clean every day by the friendly housekeepers and new towels every day.
The resort, with lovely, neatly maintained pool, is neat, luxurious and mega clean! Every morning there is a super breakfast buffet with fresh bread, fruit etc! Despite all the pomp and circumstance, some negative points:
For a real coffee drinker, the coffee at breakfast is not to drink! The tea is stronger! The coffee is very watery! We have ordered cappucino for breakfast more often, but you pay extra: 4 euros!! The gravy de Orange also comes from a pack, however, you can order fresh for: extra payment!
Furthermore, you can also eat there in the evening: Prima! And delicious! However, we noticed that not many guests enjoyed dinner in the restaurant! The reason for that, which we have heard from guests and experienced ourselves: the Mood! There isn't, unfortunately! A cozy candle and some typical Greek music would help a lot! It is very "sterile" and atmosphereless, unfortunately! What also turned out to be a disadvantage: everything you eat and drink during your stay here is kept in pen and paper! That gave us discussion with owner Leonidas and sister: a difference of 12 cups of cappucino!!! So tip: try to pay immediately to avoid misunderstandings! Because Leonidas and sister were convinced that they were 100% right, where a mistake can easily take place! What is also missing is a tasty snack for in between when you are spending a nice ern day at the pool! Bag of chips and a sandwich, then it will stop, unfortunately! Portion of calamaris or the like would be nice! Snacks is mentioned on the menu, but not the way you would like it!
Having a rental car is an absolute must because you are a bit further away from everything but that is of course also the charm vd location!!
Final conclusion: Super Location, Beautiful View, Super Service, Certainly from the Staff / Service but Bad Mood could use some improvement. It's very tight and slick! And...rest guaranteed!

Perfect spot to unwind

Tramonto Suites truly is the perfect place to unwind! The accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing vacation: comfortable rooms, beautiful flowers and views, friendly staff, yummie breakfast and a good selection of dishes for lunch or dinner if you do not want to leave the property. And, of course, as Tramonto stands for sunset we were treated to some beautiful sunsets as well. Even though this is the quieter side of the island you can drive to nice beaches and restaurants in minutes and for a bit more hustle and bustle you just drive 10 minutes to Lixouri and take the ferry across to Argostoli. Seriously, we miss this place already!

Enjoy the peace and the view

The suites are beautiful located and the view from the balconies is breathtaking. You stay at the edge of the island and look out over the sea and/or a field full of sheep. It is very quiet and nice to stay there, with very friendly staff. Good to know, it is a bit further away from the tourist spots on Kefalonia. This makes it wonderfully quiet.

What a lovely Hotel

The location of this Hotel is phenomenal, beautiful sea views and all the peace you could wish for. The staff is very nice and give you information that really helps you about the island. The rooms are top, very new all , beds are lovely and daily change of towels. Great class how these people have been able to make us so happy. Definitely recommended.
