Beautiful setting, peaceful, great location.

We stopped here as a family of 4 for 3 nights as part of our road trip. The setting is lovely- amongst olives groves and gardens with views of the sea in the distance. The centre of Neos Marmaras is only a 10 minute walk ( downhill on the way but very steep on the way back!!) Neos Marmaras is a lovely harbour town with restaurants, bars and shops. The beaches in the local area are beautiful- the best we’ve seen in Greece. The host Elena was very kind and helpful and the wooden bungalow was clean and well equipped ( apart from a bin!) there was a lovely wide balcony to sit out on and the whole place was so peaceful. The only criticism was that the bungalow was dark inside. Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful peaceful location.

very nice locations between old olives tree ,
Elena and Giovanni , the owers , are really kindly people ,
rooms are ok , confortible , air conditioned , cleans
a big private parking,
breakfast , everything inside, fresh fruit , snacks, coffe , thea ,sandwich,jam , honey, and more
nice beach are easy to reach by car

Perfect again

We have been here in 2015 also and it was great. Perfect place for family holidays. Owners care for their customers. Really nice environment and lot of things to do around.

Home away from home

Vigla Ias is a small family run establishment that really makes you feel like you're staying at the home of a family member or a friend as opposed to a hotel/B&B. The two sisters-in-law who run the place take care of everything themselves and make an effort to meet all of your needs. Just to provide an example, the first day they brought out a breakfast with was mostly pastries, toast, butter and ham, but when we told them that we would rather not have all that carb, the next day they whipped out some omelettes and greek salad for us as a healthier option. Additionally, the rooms look like they have been refurbished very recently and especially the bathrooms are very new/modern (which is often not the case in Greece). The mostly wood decor is also very nice and gives a mountain lodge vibe to the place (though it's very close to the main town). The view of the sea from the balconies is to die for and to top it all up you have free parking for your car! As two couples, we were all extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again if we return to the Neos Marmaras area.

More than perfect

Great place, great owners, great atmosphere.
Just outside Marmaras center, very quiet place full of olive trees. Very clean. Perfect place for family holidays. Owners very helpful with accurate info especially for quality restaurants in the area.
