Excellent hotel

Nice quiet location slow 10 - 25 minutes walk to centre of restaurants & Bars and only 5minutes to beach & Bars on beach . Very good breakfast at hotel and we enjoyed some evening meals at hotel our room was excellent great air -con and sun on balcony from 6am with sea views great house keeping very clean nice area round pool plenty of sunbeds and nice pool. Special mention to the reception team especially Elena who made up for no Jet2 rep in resort with great support for the England football team !!!

Immaculate organization, interest to the visitor

The Cosmopolitan Hotel exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness, the impeccable organization and the courtesy of the staff made our stay excellent.
A special mention deserves the director, Mr. Maylis, for his professionalism and sincere interest. A hotel that absolutely deserves the trust of its guests.

A gorgeous welcoming hotel!

This hotel is super, stylish, modern and welcoming. Gorgeous location, pool and gardens. Spa rooms too. Above all, the staff make you feel at home and part of the family! Daily service to rooms and beds and towels. Fantastic breakfast with a three hour service. Excellent restaurant and menu and bar service. A massive thank you to: Elena, Savina, Sakilaris, Kostas, Dionysus and Niko and Dimitri of the pool! A five minute stroll to the long, white sandy beach and calm shallow sea. Cheap sunbeds attached to the bars and cafes. A further ten minute stroll to the lively town of Paralia Katerini. A beautiful church of St. Fotini.

I will never come back

I choose this hotel for its spa ( hotel and spa) and because it had a gym. So they said In presentation. And surprise . No spa . They told me calm , the hotel has no spa. I showed them the name of the hotel. Cosmopolitan hotel and spa . On the wall. Near reception. They do not have spa. But, they have gym. Yes, they have it , but it was closed.
Then the room. Very cozy , very clean and very small. Nice terase, big , but the room was small . And it was a noisy. Not from outside , but from inside . A caind of broom . All the time. In room and on the hall. I closed the AC. It wasn’t that. Very difficult to sleep. And the restaurant. The service was slow. No. Very slow. The food was poor. They gaved us the halfbord menu. We did not booked halfbord. We did eat spaghetti milaneze. In Grece. At the end they said that it was a mistake. Sorry. The first time in many years in Grece when we eat bad.

You mentioned that the spa is not operational, and you are absolutely right. Unfortunately, it has been out of service since last year. We would like to assure you that all booking platforms have been informed about this.
Regarding the gym, it is currently unavailable due to severe weather conditions that caused significant damage and made it unusable. We have also informed all platforms about this situation. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to restore the gym as soon as possible so that it can once again be available to our guests.
We understand that the information regarding the spa and the gym may have created a negative impression, and we hope our explanation has provided the clarification you were looking for.
Your comments about the restaurant and our staff are very valuable to us, as they help us identify areas where we can further improve our services.
However, we are truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your stay. Guest satisfaction is very important to us, and we regret that your experience did not reflect the standards we strive to provide.

Excellent holyday period on Cosmopolitan Hotel

Everything was good from A to Z. Since the arrival everyone was very nice, helpful and polite. I receive a free upgrade of the room (without asking for it) and a lot of free gifts during staying there (free ice cream or free drinks) They are offering you free towels if you go to the beach (10 min walking to the hotel in straight line). Additionally, the food from the restaurant is very delicious and i tried almost the entire menu. The price on the restaurant is very fair and decent for a 4 star hotel. The pool is very nice and starting from 0,5 m (for small children) and going up to 1,5 m. The personal(ladies from receptions, the team from restaurant and bar) is very helpful and polite, jumping immediately to help you (thank you Nikos for the nice experience during our staying). Cleaning is made daily and very fast (while we were taking the breakfast the cleaning ladies were solving the room). Last but not least, Dinos (the owner) was daily there assuring that everything is going well and solving any small issue (i had i request to fix a potential issue regarding a nest of wasps and in short time he fix it). So overall excellent holyday on the Cosmopolitan Hotel and i left with the wish to go back next year.
