Izgrađen na brdu iznad Parge, na 8 minuta hoda od centra grada, Residence La Scala smješten je usred maslinika. Sve sobe imaju panoramski pogled na grad, Jonsko more, otoke Paks i Antipaks, kao i slikoviti grad s dvorcem.

Breathtaking view and beautiful rooms (but be prepared for the stairs!)

Stunning place with an even more beautiful view! It is not very convenient for reaching the center: it takes a walk of about 10/15 minutes, which on the way there downhill is very pleasant, while on the way back uphill it is a bit more demanding (impossible to find parking in the center).
As the name suggests, it is a place full of stairs... We were on the top floor
of the last building and we had to climb a full 91 steps (yes, we counted them! XD). There is no elevator, but it is a great workout and the view absolutely makes up for the effort.
The room is stunning and very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove. Daily cleaning service really much appreciated! Finally, parking is conveniently located in an olive grove across the street.

Experience more shadows than lights

Very difficult to get there narrow road, climbs elbow and two-way, settled in the room on the top floor and with over 50 steps to walk with heavy suitcases without HELP OF ANYONE, on arrival did not work refrigerator and dripped drain pipe toilet (MAYBE ... were they checked before?) is 5 minutes from the center of Parga in a quiet place with great panoramic views.
The room for 4 people has rather small spaces and no indoor table (only table outside in the sun...)
but clean. (with daily cleaning)
Makeshift car parking and not enough if all apartments are occupied.
Kostas who was not present at 2pm when we arrived was a bit too nervous with us and was unkind when we pointed out the problems (fridge and toilet) that were solved anyway...
on 15/8 the entire residence was without power from 17:30 to 20:30 about !!!
In Parga I would gladly return to this "residence" (which has little residence...) I think not....

Kostas was a outstanding host and very guest frieny, the room was very clean and had a nice view.

Wonderful view

Pros: the price-performance ratio is good. Most other accommodations in a similarly central location were more expensive. The view, especially on the upper level, was priceless. Apartments were well equipped. The balcony was large.
Cons: the stairs were very strenuous with children. The paths to the accommodations were generally very narrow. There was no water for short periods of time.
Conclusion: you get what you pay for. If you are aware that the accommodation is not just a few years old and the furniture is simple, you will have a good stay.

Good hotel in a quite area

La scala is 5 min from Parga centre in a quite place
The rooms are very big and nice ....very clean...
Kostas is very nice but Sonia especially nice helping us carry the suitcases up the stairs...
The only bad about LaScala are the many stairs...it's a trouble carrying heavy suitcases up to the room..
